Okay, so PSN is entirely down again, across all platforms. Why the hell am I paying $50 for this thing again?

Saw somewhere they'll be doing maintenance until 3:30 Eastern Time in the US.

Did the hackers actually attack PSN/Live during the holidays?

They weren't hackers, they were DDoS'ers. And no, on the whole, we don't seem to have had the kinds of issues with PSN and XBL that we did last year.

You're paying for the PS+ games, not the online.

Digitally? That game, along with the updates, is fucking huge. Get a physical copy in case you wanna delete if for room on your hard drive, then if you wanna play again you only have to re-download the updates.
