Is there a good technical reason why the PSN is more prone to going down compared to other services? I mean sure every service goes down here and there, but it seems like PSN goes down like twice or thrice as much compared to other services like Xbox Live and Steam. Is it because they're mostly a hardware company and aren't really serious when it comes down to software and online services. And I'm not sure if it's true but there's an article going around that Sony limits your internet speeds. That's why most of the time PSN download speeds are slower compared to the competition. You get what you pay for.

Sony fans can't catch a break today. After the smear campaign against Rise of Tomb Raider sales bombing, news comes out its doing pretty good. MS steals greatness awaits motto by delaying Scalebound and now PSN issues.

I was playing Singleplayer and then my PS4 popped up 20 minutes ago saying, Sony was doing maintenance on PSN. I know the new PS+ games and deals drop tomorrow, so that may also be an issue. I had issues with XBL last week (as was reported by the press) and it was new GWG, so not sure. I guess this week is PSN's turn.
No big deal, I got PS+ for the discounts, flash sales, and the PS+ "freebie" games.
My heart goes out to those that play a lot of shooters online.
The dust on my PS4 is too powerful to get online anyway. It's called a dustwall intrusion prevention system. So PSN can stay down for all it matters to me.
There's some good stuff with it. It's pretty. Music is decent. There are some highlights. But the overworld and majority of questing is just so stupid. And it's overtly big in a way that hurts the game more than helps it.
I dunno. I enjoyed it for hours here and there, but over the course of the 60-80 hours I spent with it I found myself aggravated more than enjoying it.
I'm sure you'll buy it anyways, but I just wanted to attempt to save you some time............................... D:
@Zassimick: Haha. The only reason I want Dragon Age is because I'm in the mood for a fantasy WRPG- Dragon Age Inquisition allows me to pick my race and custom create a character, so it's like one of those 'create your own story' RPGs, meaning I should be able to eke some enjoyment out of it.
On the other hand, none of this would be an issue if Bethesda had just launched Elder Scrolls on PS4 and Xbox One.
