@kingtito: mmmk, i'll be "def, dumb and blind" as long as that means I don't use bias to make baseless arguments...
So you saying the PS2's PS3 didn't have issues?

I'm sure there where, but your claims are disproportional to the amount of proof you have on the issue. And PS3 is proven to have a relatively low failure rate.

Nah it's about right and enough to get Sony sued and be forced to settle. No point in settling if the number is small fraction of the install base
Where was it proven to have such a low failure rate? 10% plus isn't low. I know when my PS3 failed I didn't report it. What was the point since it was out of warranty? I fixed it from a service on CLs. Cost me $90 and then I sold it and bought a new one. I think you're biased, just as biased as you claim me to be.

"relatively low" is different than low and doesnt come near the 54% 360 had. I have 3 360's with 2 RRoD'd and I didnt report either. You can use that excuse to explain anything, unless you have some evidence, your reasoning is all opinion based and therefore does not matter in this conversation

You don't know that either. No one knows except Sony and well being sued and settling is a bit telling, don't you think? I do know that DRE was big and a hell of a lot of PS2s had that issue.
I never downplayed the 360 RROD issue, unlike you're doing with the DRE issue. My point stands, Sony had 3 consoles with higher than normal failure rates, PS1, PS2 and PS3. That's 3 out of 4. IMO that trumps MSs RROD because I had ZERO issues with my Xbox and ZERO issues with my X1. Not the case with my PS4 but I won't get into that right now.
Your bias is showing and your belittling of Sony hardware issues is proof. Def, dumb and blind.....by all means continue

Where did you get that from??? Your *ss???
If you have any valid source, please let's us know.
Since you haven't, stop spewing your opinion as a fact!!! You are not fooling anyone here!!!
The numbers of consoles is completely irrelevant here, you know that as well.
