HEEEEEEELL NO!.
PC >>>>>>>>>> PS3 and 360.
$600 (aus) >>>>>>>>>>> $2000
360 > ps3 > wii >pc
Not oing to engage in a cost of gaming discussion. Simple fact is you can spend about $900 on a PC and be set to play UT3, Crysis and others. Only a couple hundred more.
PC gaming is not $2000 dollars.
Only?! It's called money management. Who in the hell is that dumb to spend that much more for something so little extra? If you already have a capable PC, then all power to yea', but in this case 360 version FTW.
You spend approximately US$200 dollars every 4 years on an online service that would otherwise be free on the PC, not including the fact that you also haveto purchase mods and what not for about$10 dollars that would otherwise be free on the PC. Add theadded cost per console game ($60 dollars - $40 dollars) and the accessories like extra controllers and such. Then yes, its only a couple hundred more.
When have Microsoft even talked about a fee for mods on the 360? If they have, my bad, but please don't make up facts otherwise. I can buy a new game for 60$, or buy one used for 20$. You can't buy used PC games anywhere near where I live anyways. So in theory 360 games are cheaper. Why is extra accessories even an argument? That's optional. You get what you need out of the box. The fee of Live does add up, but it's worth paying for it. By the time 4 years pass, the expense of upgrading your computer will be a lot more expensive than 200$.
