Reviewer: Halo:ODST is Underwhelming

Halo ODST isn't underwhelming, it isn't short either 8-10 hours. The problem will be whether it too heavily relies on halo 3. If the content isn't enough (now that halo 3 costs like 20 $) it should score lower. I mean if the campaign sucks as much as halo 3, or halo 2 then I am for sure not buying it.

It's..................Kind of silly.

It seems that he was just judging it on graphics. Now, I do expect the game to be underwhelming, as that's how I felt about Halo 3's campaign, and I have no reason to believe this one will be any better. I loved the multiplayer in Halo 3, but this is going to be the exact same, so the campaign is what we should be judging.

The sales are good.......

And it still gets over a million unique players online every goddamn day 2 years after it came out. People are still playing Halo 2 after 5 years.

Hating on this Halo just makes people look silly. It's a solid high scoring series that sells like crazy.

Wait what? Dont you know that ALL 360 games can be played on the PC. Even if most people choose between a PS3 and a 360, they all have high quality gaming PC's to play the games that Ps3 doesnt have. (That is my least favorite rule in Sw, BTW.)

Let me illustrate what an acutal rehash would be: no new music, no new score that fits the new theme of the game. the enviorment would not be a completely new city built from the ground up as an non-linear experience. for example, a rehash level would probably be the second level of Halo 3, Crow's Nest, but with a different color palette and you play it in reverse. no new weapons, and all the Firefight maps would be taken from the regular Halo 3 MP or campaign, just with the ends cut off to make it small and restricted to fit the gameplay, instead of 8 custom maps made for that mode.

Im sorry brown but that screenshot is nowhere near accurate, that looks like a halo 1 shot this is probably more close to being an accurate assumption of the games visuals:

while true its still no gears or killzone, its still far better then that screen you posted made it look.

thats a mighty huge assumption, your giving against me. I can assure you that when i went on ign where i get all of my screens the thought "ha ha I am gonna get some doctored up halo ODST pics to make it look like Crysis I am such a lemming!" did not go through my headIm just posting the screen that to me looks the closest to the demo they showed at E3, if you feel it is doctored upand inacurate then that is fine, IM not trying to tell you that you need to buy the game and that it will be teh most amazing thing ever, Im just posting the fact that the screenshot you posted was a bad one and an inacurate representation of the game, no matter where you plled it from.
