This is bad, this is terrible...i mean, they have to wait for a release...that's bullcrap, they should go the Ubishit way, release first...fix months lather because this is clearly the best bussiness model.

If we don't support the platform then R* won't bring anything to PC.... Fact of the matter is, R* has never, not since the first GTA game released a GTA game on both consoles and PC at the same time. The PC has always been late, its just a fact of life. R* supports the PC just fine, MP3 got released at the same time. It also depends on what studio does the game. R* North has PC experience whereas R* San Diego does not. That is must likely why we've never seen RDR on PC.

Is it a shitty way to treat gamers? Yes maybe but R* and Take Two have the biggest selling video game franchise ever created, the formula for this is a proven success. First rule of business, you don't mess with success.

@CrownKingArthur: yup you're actually right....more and more console exclusives are coming to PC....now that there are 80 million Steam users recorded.

So yeah....I'll explain it: there's so many ppl on record in Steam that it's worth it to make up for the shit ton of ppl that don't buy new games bc they're busy playing Counter Strike, WOW, TF2, and free 2 play games.

Even then they probably only break even on PC.....console sales are just better.

Nothing wrong with waiting for the definitive version. I have it on my 360 and I couldn't do more than 5 hours because of the poor performance

I already double dipped with the PS4 version, will get the definitive version when it's good and ready.

Everyone knows console sales have always been better than PC. The fact that games have been taken from PC like Madden, Final Fantasy or Metal Gear Solid for a long time should be inclination to that.

Why would more console-esque games be coming to PC only now if PC had the sales?

Bc there's shit ton of PC gamers in one place, Steam, where it's actually worth it. And considering console sales still beat PC sales....I'd like to know what the theory is in the minds of those that:

To be fair, I check this site once a week and everytime I do, I see you in every single PC bashing thread. That road goes both ways bud.

games are starting to require more and more, I got a 2TB hdd with another on the way. I think I'm good for now. :P

May be I I could have better paraphrase it but that's not hard to understand what I was trying to say. 1.5 years after the original release and since then 2 current generation version, in total 4 versions are out.

That's where you are wrong. Yes, it's a good business practice for them but that doesn't necessarily mean it's also good for you as a consumer or you have to put up with it.

Companies only understand the language of $$$, it's not like they won't like to find the reason why suddenly their PC sales died off after being so successful for well over a decade and when all other games continue to sell. Companies have entire teams dedicated to do these kind of research. Pretty sure if a stand is taken it will be conveyed to them.

Hell just threatening to stop supporting them unless they release PC version the same day as consoles will do the trick. 600,000 asked them to bring the game to PC. If the same number of people refuse to buy the PC version unless Rockstar stop this shitty practice I'm sure will make Rockstar re-evaluate their position. It's not like they hate the money from the PC sales. But who am I kidding we all know that's not gonna happen.
