whats probably happened is that ICO is in a state of stop and go on the title. its what happened to wh40k:dark millenium over @ relic. they were always stop and go, stop and go. each time considering the point in finishing the bloody thing. as a result i dont expect it for a long time. if this cruddy development problem isnt solved via serious hyoe generation by Ico. likely it will get binned. its what cost us 3d realms and its what made duke nukem forever such a delayed game. this isnt all that common for niche market developers to have happen. rarely do they surive it. (such as 3d realms or realtime worlds).

a good example of a studio that can pull it off is arenanet. guildwars 2 is actually really old.. like 2008-2009 old its been going for three years on little hype and now its starting to emerge from the blossom. mark my words its going to be the best MMO of 2012 just u w8
