Clearly, a big budget title like this that releases with a host of technical problems is not as polished as it should have been, thus it's unfinished. There's no excuse for a game delayed as many times as GT5 to release with those kind of problems.

Or did I miss something? Is screen tearing a common occurence in most big budget games? Did Uncharted 2 have these problems? Did GOW3 have these problems? Didn't think so. GT5 lack polished and was released as an unfinished product. Luckily for PD, the ability to patch exists.

And yet ps3 enjoys software sales YOY monthly meaning that ps3 is eating into 360's software market. even in America. Ps3 sells more software than the 360 WW. It sells more hardware than 360 WW. But you can keep on playing regional sales and act as if the rest of the world does not matter.

Its behind 3 million WW. BUt according to you the systrem still needs saving.

The PS3 sold more software than the 360 in 2009 - 2010.

And both consoles have lost exclusives.

Compare the install base :D Not nearly as many people had a 360 in 2007 as a PS3 in 2010.

The ditch where they were losing "exclusives" left and right a couple of years ago. Ps3's in last even with a price cut and the introduction of move so the ditch is pretty deep.Sp4rtan_3

Well aren't you a rather pessimistic one?:P The only thing that is still relevant to this day is your first point, selling less than both the Wii and 360. However it makes a profit unlike before so that basically only applies if you look at US or UK sales.

As for losing exclusives, it's not like it didn't get them. Not to mention, look at it's line up this year.:P Hell the 360's "Exclusive" line up is as bad as the PS3's 07 exclusive line up if quantity is a factor.:P (Which apparentely was back in the day:P)

It was amazing when it launched and it keeps getting better after each update I can't ask for more than that the amazing sales are nothing but a reward for the dev and publisher for making such an amazing game.
