I was saying I misunderstood your original comment regarding PC + PS4 being about quantity not preference, hence my confused reply and then you just managed to somehow make that about fanboyism. @jumpaction: Just to play devil's advocate, I fully plan to only purchase the Switch cartridges, leave them sitting on my shelf, and then emulate the game I just bought, at higher FPS, better resolution, etc.

Is it illegal? Probably.

But it's also illegal here to own a business without a proper hitching post for a horse to hook up to. So my conscience will be clear. :P

Not talking about the multiplayer populations. I was talking about games in general.

Not gonna lie, the populations of those games are worse on PC, but can PC help it if Playerunknown's Battlegrounds is currently rocking 800k players a day?

But if that's true, then that even puts console populations to shame. BF1 on PS4 only peaks at around 70k a day.

Also, if that's your preference, then that's your preference. I'm just saying don't lie and say the library is worse, because it's not.

Console hardware is almost never profitable. And when it is, not by much.

As someone who owns them all, my answer is NO!. The order in which I personally prefer:

1. PS4

2. Nintendo Switch

3. PS Vita

4. PC

5. New 3DS

6. Xbox One

The exclusives on the PS4 are just hard to beat. Uncharted, The Last of Us, Until Dawn, Horizon Zero Dawn, etc.

I do enjoy BOTW and Disgaea (worst story of all time) on the Switch, but not much else out there I enjoy, and IMO BOTW is great, yet over rated. I prefer Uncharted, HZD, The Witcher 3, and many others over any Switch games. I am looking forward to Xenoblade 2.

Nintendo + PC is a very good combo. So much so, I still have not gotten round to buying a PS4. Just because I always have games to play as it is!

A million game wonder plus a two game flash in the pan? Nah.

Just to be clear, the bulk of Nintendo's profits come from their hardware sales.

Everything I've read points to the manufacturing costs being $257, at a price tag of $299.

But that figure does not include R & D, so I stand by my statement.
