[QUOTE="W1NGMAN-"][QUOTE="Gh0st_Of_0nyx"][QUOTE="W1NGMAN-"][QUOTE="Gh0st_Of_0nyx"]This is typical cow double standards here they get a flop and now they cry and moan abour re-reviewing a broken game because it gets a patch.
Now if a 360 game flopped like Mass effect for example they wouldnt say "wait for the review" they would run wild with ownage claims
Gh0st_Of_0nyx
Nope, it flopped but with this update the review is inaccurate. Also Mass Effect doesn't need online capabilities to play so how will the players that don't have interent connection get that patch?
So what who's fault is it that they shipped a crap game :?Not GS SLANT 6 man not IGN not metacritic. Your arguing a ridiculous point that its ok to sell a crap game as long as its patched.
Slant Six is to blame, and they got what they deserved but now that they fixed the problem....shouldn't potential buyers be aware that the review isn't accurate anymore since EVERY Socom Confrontation purchaser is required to patch the game if they want to play? They don't need to change the score but people that visit this site and are looking to purchase Socom should at least know that the majority of the the games problems have been fixed.
Thats not GS job to inform people they fixed a broken game its slant six's. Your whining about a problem caused by slant six and want GS too alert people they were wrong in reviewing a "unpatched" game.So admitting the game is a flop, and not caring whether or not they change the review is now considered whinning? All I'm saying is that it would be nice of them to inform people that the review isn't accurate anymore that's all.
