sony: we finished 3rd this gen.. launch price was to blame

Yeah it was a steep price. I remember I waited until the first price drop when it went down to $500. I went to GameStop and bought the PS3, Resistance: Fall of Man, Ninja Gaiden Sigma, and another controller. The total came out to $712, which I paid in cash like a boss

They still would of finished in last place. But to be fair if it wasn't for XBLA, my 360 would not be getting a lot of use right now. I still think the 360 has the better exclusives. Quality is always better than quanity.

So a bunch of guys who work for Sony are saying their games cannot be done on a competitive platform? Yet the PS3 has trouble running games that are on both systems. The difference is no one has tried to put Killzone 2 or Uncharted 2 on the 360 so no one knows. But we sure know the difference in games like Red Dead Redemption and Crysis 2 don't we.

The 360 has proof that it does things the PS3 can't. All the PS3 has is PS3 exclusive devs making a claim.

To the guy who mentioned about some multiplats don't run well on PS3, this is because developers can't make games. Lack of programming skills contributed to this. There are devs who said that PS3 is not hard to develop for, they are the ones who made games on both consoles which are almost identical.
