I expect a list of good nominees (picked by a panel of judges that decides on quality, not popularity) and a large list of awards that are won by games that deserve those awards. I do not expect this from the VGA's though, I expect this from the proper awards show: AIAS.

When I see the awards, I expect to see them take the time to honor the people who work on those games, show people from the undustry as hosts (like Tim Schafer and Cliffy B), and spend some time on each nomination.

Instead its a bunch of random celebrities, lame jokes, and too much time on things not related to gaming at all. Hulk Hogan was onstage for more time then 20 of the games that won awards.

Its embarrassing.

Even though it's just CGI, that Diablo 3 trailer looks amazing!

I need to go clean-up after that Diablo 3 cinematic. Worth waiting.

Yeah seriously, Blizzard didn't release ANYTHING this year, so they don't exactly deserve Gamer God.

Its like giving Ryan Gosling a best actor award for a movie he was in 2 years ago.

Every Blizzard CGI makes me want to punch a baby because of how awesome they are.
