These are certainly some major changes... oddly enough, however, I think such changes should help invigorate what I think is a shrinking community.

Nope, staff has loosened up it's rules, so as a result, less moderations. Means less work for moderators. Means less headaches for everyone.

My reasons are that while we have the ability to tell people what we think about them, I'd rather not stir up trouble in the forum and would prefer to keep it civil. Of course if someone provokes me I might change my mind :P but I doubt it.

Trolling is not about insults. It's about professing an opinion that infuriates a large group of people. Most trolls express stupid or ignorant views, but the best trolls are sincere trolls. See: Blackbond I got Zelda a week early and gave my (negative) impressions on the game as I played through it. Hate was pretty legendary as defensive fanboys were hyping it Game of the Decade and the fanboys became even more ruffled when the 7.5 finally rolled in.ActionRemix
