Oh **** yeah man, I've seen the new Mad Max 3 times now. I had zero expectations for the movie and then wow. Good stuff.

And nah, I think Square needs a total reset. Back to the basics. Shit won't ever happen. I'm not saying they aren't capable of doing something great, I just don't think they'll ever be on top again.

Yeah, I always forget that the Souls games are a part of this discussion lol. Dark Souls is definitely up there with my tops.

Inside Out and Interstellar are two other movies I liked recently.

Yeah, I liked them both as well. Most of my friends were totally shitting on Interstellar, so I was pleasantly surprised when I actually saw it. Some of my bros are super anal movie critics, but my movie standards just aren't that ridiculous.

Just 4 more hours before heading to go see Spectre. Totally excited and if I get the chance this weekend, I'll try to go see The Peanuts since I enjoy that cartoon when I was young. Looking forward to posting the the box office on OT this coming Sunday.

Yee. I'm usually the kind of guy that dislikes when things get too bitter even if I don't like most of the movies I'd seen recently. I go "yeah, this movie is shit" and move on.

Shows how much I keep up with things, this is my first time hearing about it lol. Looks cool! I remember thinking The Last Story had some CT vibes in the early artwork, but the final game was so far from what I was expecting. This actually looks like it fits the bill though, I'll keep an eye on it.

Call Of Duty movies are getting made/ Surprising they didn't do it earlier.

I have tried many times to hop on the COD bandwagon but those games are just so fucking dumb I just don't get the appeal. I even have a cousin that joined the military because of COD, can you believe that? The brainwashing is very real.

I know a dude who joined the marines because of fucking Halo lol. You can blame brainwashing to an extent, but at the end of the day people are accountable for their own stupidity.

I feel you though, I haven't even bothered with a CoD game since CoD4.

Black Ops 3 is great though. Definitely need to pick that one up sooner or later.

Think I'll stick to Advanced Warfare and Sledgehammer never disappoints plus, it's the only, only COD game I actually enjoy playing. [For the most parts on the Campaign]

I've met a few of those types. Thankfully, they didn't make it out of basic :)

Most of the military personnel that work in aviation or military intelligence (the two areas that I interact with the most) tend to be much more put together and reasonable.

AoE2, Rise of Nations, and Age of Mythology are still my favorite RTSs of all time. I doubt anything will ever usurp them for me, actually.

Back to MGSV and finishing the optional quests that are within the main missions. If it weren't for the awesome gameplay I'd have dropped the game. Feels like a chore sometimes though. Also I thought I'd be a bit rusty considering I haven't played it for about 3 weeks but I'm getting better for some reason. It happened before with other games like Evil Within, dropped it for weeks then came back then I'm better at the game, maybe it has to do with frustration or something. It's a psychological thing perhaps or I'm just imagining that I got better lol.

Seems like the Hype for Xenoblade went down a bit, is there any hype at all? . Could this be sleeper hit of the year?

There were some bad impressions of the game upon its Japanese release, which seem to have hurt the momentum a bit. That and the fact that it is being released four years after it was originally unveiled all factor into the reduced hype.

@charizard1605: whoa. Didn't know that. On media blackout regarding this game since early this year and only listened to some OST. It looks amazing though. I'll probably play it some time next year. I still have to finish Xenoblade on the Wii. Last part of the game but stopped around June this year and still haven't gotten back to it. I'll make sure to finish it before I playXCX.

Just got banned in Halo 5. Out of roughly 30 games, I was booted from one (had to answer the door) and had I'd guess 2 or 3 betrayals? Because, ya know, I'm learning the weapons?

Kinda shitty, it's good they're enforcing "no quitsies" and "no pricksies" but a little leeway for newbies would be alright?

@lostrib: 3 minutes this time. Google tells me it's A LOT longer for future offenses and VERY EASY to accrue them. They lack "join in progress" right now, which is pretty inexcusable, so the alternative seems to be "hammer the quitters!" to the point legit gamers get hurt.

To be fair, all the hype in the world couldnt have saved that game. It doesnt look appealing not one bit. I bought that game super cheap and played for a few hours and im still not caring to play it or not. Ill finish it one day, but my plate is full and getting fuller.

Has nothing to do with difficulty, well i guess it does a little, but it just has to do with looks and motivation. The game is just not appealing and gives weak purpose. Its requires dedication and advanced coordination, take a break and you get rusty. Its worst then playing Dark Souls but without that drive to get back into the game. At least with Bayonetta you have a better purpose and appeal, you want to push yourself to carry on.
