Modding Skyrim is so much fun. I can't believe I actually skipped modding Skyrim back when I first bought it on Steam (this year, I got the PS3 version when it released in 2011 or 2012 or whenever the ****).
And I haven't even done any overhaul/gameplay modding. Just graphics/enbs.
are you using nexus or the steam workshop?
Almost exclusively Nexus.

This place is good, but it seems to have been abandoned.
There are alot of pitfalls to modding Skyrim, though. It can be really involving and things can go so wrong very easily if you dont know what you're doing/dont have the right 3rd party modding tools/download alot of script heavy mods, download a conflicting mod or just in general download a poorly made mod. I had a few troubles with Skyrim modding more than previous games and I've been using mods for Beth games since playing Morrowind.
My current playthrough is running around 180 ESPs. It's been so stable since I moved to Mod Organizer, started from a clean installation, implemented all the Memory fixes and used LOOT to sort the stuff out.
I feel like I've almost got my Skyrim to where I want it in terms of balance, especially since Im playing a thief (BEST WAY TO PLAY). Except for Economy, which still feels iffy. Just need to find a few more gold sinks or a way to change up loot itemization (or the tradeoffs from tempering). As I'm finding way too many Glass/ebony weapons.

He better be using the Nexus. The Workshop is so bad because of discoverability issues and there's an upload size limit, so alot of the best mods arent on there.

I tried LOOT, don't really understand how ti works with NMM. What does it do? All I got was redirected to a webpage with all of my plugins there.
Watching Psycho-Pass.
I freaking love it.
they're rather heavy handed with all the philosophy, but I thoroughly enjoyed it
Yes. l love and plan to study psychology so this series was kinda made for me. It's not as heavy-handed as Ergo Proxy though.
Same here actually, psychology is one of the two majors I'm going into along with art. I personally found Psycho-Pass a little more enjoyable than Ergo Proxy.

Nexus is the best. I think I spent more time trying mods than actually playing the game. :D I also made a couple of mods, but got too lazy to continue.

I use nexus and two other sites, I can't really mention the names :P I've only used the steam workshop for 2 mods.

LOOT just sorts out your mod load order of ESP files (or plugins). If you're just using Textures/ENBs, it doesnt really do anything. It's when you have gameplay changes/tweaks/content etc that's when LOOT is important
In your NMM window, you'll see the plugins tab, mods load from top to bottom in descending order. You can sort them manually by dragging and dropping but LOOT does it automatically in a smart way.
Finally got the plat trophy for gravity rush.
Damn good game but requires alot of patience. The camera sucks ass and i got stuck on one of the challanges for an hour lol.
8/10
Cant wait for the sequel on ps4.
Now to continue mgs3 and start persona 4 golden.
The sequel is coming to PS4?
I have lost any and all faith in System Wars. And possibly humanity at large.
it took you this long?
For some reason, my faith keeps getting restored. it's like dying the same painful death over and over and over again.
On the quest for a good anime. Haven't watched one all the way through since Steins;Gate.
Any suggestions that aren't AoT/SAO?

Psycho-Pass
Is Sword Art Online any good?
I have only watched two episodes. It's good so far, but I hear it gets very stupid later because the MC apparently has no flaws.

I'm going for that along with becoming a comic/manga author.
Side note: I would also like an option to include more quotes when editing so I don't have to double-post.
That's great to hear. Good luck with that! I'm going more into video game design.
Now I'm reminded I should probably finish Attack on Titan. I stopped half way through because the main character seemed like a whiny little shit and it was getting a tad annoying
I don't blame you, most of the characters are what kept Attack on Titan from being a superb anime overall.
@CountBleck12: I hear that video game design is very hard. Good luck too!
PS: RIP Asuma.
Oh it is but I'll see what I can manage!
Yeah Asuma was one of the few Naruto characters I really liked, a shame that he couldn't last that long in the series especially since he was starting to become a bigger supporting character too.

yeah most of the characters just meh...
Don't ask me why I'm watching these old commercials. Really, just don't.
I decided to get a 3DS.
I just bought a 3DS XL with SM3DL, and A Link between worlds. What else should I get, for a person who hasnt gamed on nintendo since 2007?
haha.
uninspiredcups thread about DRM was fucking hilarious. I've never seen a topic that stupid in awhile.
I think I should start sleeping during the day and waking up at night, maybe that way my life will be less like that of a Saharan Tuareg.
Newest Tropes vs. Women is out. Pretty good video. Don't see a thread but it's probably better that way; this forum is absolutely terrible (even more so) when it comes to social issues in the context of games.

Those two are great, here's other stuff you absolutely need to look into:
If I had to recommend an order, I'd say get Fire Emblem first of all, then Pokemon, Luigi's Mansion, Mario Kart. Animal Crossing is either love it or hate it, so you might want to look more into it before you decide to buy it.
I'm buying more PC parts.
o rly? what are you getting?
my shopping list - Creative GigaWorks T40 Series II, ~64gb ssd for intel rst, asus xonar dgx sound card.
speakers are yet to arrive in the country. ETA early september. anyway after that, i'm done until the next GPU's come out.

man 2500k sandy bridge, that's the way. which asrock board is it? z77 pro 3? and holy crap a kraken on the GPU already.
i don't know about the market over in pounds sterling land but that seems like a great deal. that's like, probably much more powerful than many herms here. by golden chip i assume that means you know for certain that in overclocks well? do you know the max stable overclock your mate's achieved?

He hasn't pushed it far but he got to 4.2 on stock volts. He says its golden but he may be BS'ing me a little. Not sure what board it is, just some mid tier Asrock jobbie. He's going from a 770 to a 760 4GB model which I think is a step back for him but hey I'm not complaining.
