League of Assholes.... Seems legit.

Just got dragon age inquisition, it's one of the best RPG's I've played in a long time. Big step up in my opinion, there's just so much to do!
Tell me about it. 100 hours (literally) and still in the 2nd act. Really is Bioware's most ambitious game :)
What race/gender/class are you playing? I'm starting with a female elf rogue (archer) and will follow up with a male Qunari mage and then a human female warrior. I'll figure out future play throughs from there.
@AdobeArtist: Naaah, you might just have ADD Adobe >.> Just sayin'.
:P
I know I fecking do. I have to clear entire levels before I can move to the next one :(

I'm playing a male mage and regretting it a little because there are SO MANY DAMNED MAGES! lol
Whats your party mainly consist of? Usually mine is Blackwall/Cassandra, Solas and Sera/Vivic. Only used Iron Bull once and it did not turn out well.
EDIT also fighting dragons is a blast.
@Ballroompirate Thinking about grabbing this www.amazon.com/Corsair-Vengeance-Series-Desktop-CMY8GX3M2A1866C9R/
I'll move the ram I have now over to my amd rig. and I'll probably go with something like this to www.amazon.com/Samsung-120GB-2-5-Inch-Internal-MZ-7TE120BW/
people will say 250, but I'll buy a 250 one later.
mmmm it's not showing the link(s) for me
@blue_hazy_basic: It depends with me. Sometimes I feel like I need to do it, others I just go "meh" and clear the main story/quest without bothering with the rest.
I have OCD compulsion that won't let me. It would keep me up at night. There's one rift in the Emerald Graves that I kept getting whipped on and decided to leave it for another time and I still think about it all the time ...
(Its the only thing left on that whole map ...)
@blue_hazy_basic: That must actually be pretty annoying I imagine. So, what if the game is like, utter crap? Can you leave it be or will you still feel like you need to do it?
No i can quit it if it sucks, most of the time. It can become a chore playing games like DAI though, it really can :( (Hell I bet you can even walk past every plant and ore! :P ). I don't have OCD really, just in video games it seems ...

As an archer, my party consists mainly of Blackwall (also romancing with my Elf), Iron Bull, and Vivienne. In future play through's I want to bring along Cassandra, Dorian, and Varric, all based on my next class of course. Aside from the class requirements of the party, it's interesting to see the cultural perspective the different characters bring to the situations. Vivienne as an Orlisian noble, Iron Bull as a Qunari, and I'd like to see what perspective a Tevinter brings.
And I know what you mean; in each hub I have to find every shard, solve every astrium, close every rift, set every base camp, and claim every landmark, lol ^_^
@AdobeArtist: I always bring along Cassandra, Dorian and Iron Bull. I'm a male rogue with double daggers which is pretty op.

So far I'm a male mage. I basically focus on upping my offense and using Solas as the support mage for the team. I'm 12 hours in and I have barely progressed through the main story. I've been focusing on closing rifts and doing quests. I gotta say, they nailed the gameplay in this one. Perfect blend of RPG and action in my opinion. One of the biggest improvements I see is in the animations. I've always had problems with animations in Bioware games because they're always so clunky. It's understandable considering the size of their games so it's not a major problem, but they've made marked improvements here in Inquisition which is nice to see.
@blue_hazy_basic: Actually I do most of the times :P Whenever I need to get stuff to craft in various game I usually have to backtrack to find stuff since I never even noticed it in the first place lol
Glad to see it's just contained to video-games though! :)
@AdobeArtist: I have ot admit I like Sera's brand of immature banter :P
ughhh, I couldn't stand Sera. Not so much what she had to say, but her disconcerting manner of speech. It's just nails on chalkboard after a while. I tried her out in my party for a couple of missions, then it was back to Skyhold. Worst character in a Dragon Age game EVER.
Come to think of it, this game needs more Sandahl :P

So very much agree. You can see Bioware took all the feedback after DA2, and addressed each and every criticism, and then some. And with the scale of this game, they turned it up to 11!! I also got to add how rich the crafting system is. In most games it's just a linear grocery list of what to get to create such and such weapon/armor. But here it's so diverse and dynamic. You have all the choices of which materials to use to alter the color of the outfit, mix and match perks (elemental resist, bleeding damage, mana regen, stagger effrects, etc...) and even to get better stats on the equipment from how much armor rating to how much critical percentage modifiers.
I love that you can craft an outfit, and later on take the same schematic with different materials and churn out something new and improved. It's utterly fantastic :D
You guys talking about Inquisition makes me sad that I only have 10 hours in. Its just too damn open world =(
Guys Shinji mikami is working with capcon on Revelations 2.
Day one confirmed. Today i finished Evil within yet again. Brilliant game.
lol no, there is just another guy working at that company who has the same exact name. His name is in the credits of Resident Evil 6 as well, he's some bench warmer working there, not actual Mikami.

There's no such thing as too open world. :P
Dragon age inquisition is a very good game, the satisfaction of kicking a high dragons ass in a battle that almost ends in defeat. I like most of the characters too gives me hope for the next mass effect.
Oh this is such bull! Movie theaters and Sony themselves have chickened out of showing The Interview! :(
Something something cutting out a man's tongue doesn't prove him a liar, something.
Thought I can't honestly blame them.
@darkspineslayer: Maybe. But I doubt the US security would let anything major happen since they were actually aware of the threats and who made them....
Hopefully they'll still show it around the world (the news I saw only mentioned US movie theaters).
So the Red Nendoroid was actually put up on the pokemon center site and amazon for US today.:O This was like a limited edition thing in Japan. I had a family member order it as one of my xmas gifts.:3
And yeah sucks that the Interview was cancelled and the hackers won. I worry that the outcome will open up to more situations like it.

Canadian movie theaters were also impacted by movie theatres and sony dropping their support for the movie. And if they do show it in actual movie theatres it won't be until it's safe to show it.
Gonna go to Target to see if they still have Wii U's for $250, if they do then I think I'll treat myself to a early Christmas present from myself XD.
Think I went a little overboard on treating myself this Christmas lol, the sad thing is I think the Steam winter sale starts today as well.....f m l
Damn son! Nice haul! I'm really jealous about Hyrule Warriors; I've been wanting to try it out as it looks like fun and I want more Zelda in mah life.
Add me fool! NNID: Zassimick
