Question to those of you guys who own a WiiU... Do you get a rattle in the tablet controller?

If you mean discomfort then no, if you mean rumbling when gaming then yes but you can disable that setting.

Nah, i'm talking an actual rattle, as in something being lose in the controller. I've googled it and it's apparently an issue... I just wanna know that if I grab another controller, can I grab one without the damn rattling.

Well that's strange since I don't hear any rattling noises from any the controls on my gamepad. I also own a Pro Controller with no rattling noises either. I don't know, maybe I'm just lucky?

I could just be super unlucky lol. If I don't move it, it doesn't annoy me, but something rattles in the right part, so it irks me if I move. I'm one of those guys where the small squeaks and shit annoy me.

Alright then, but how is it a terrible movie?

The beginning could have easily been the ending of the 2nd movie, the romance i n it felt forced, the whole battle felt forced, it overall felt forced.

This was not a good end farewell to the Lord of the Rings franchise at all.

Yeah, it's the Start/Select/face buttons and the volume slider... I held them systematically. It's kind of annoying, but at least it's nothing lose inside the controller.

@Xaero_Gravity: I felt exactly the same. My PS4 controller squeaked (fixed with WD40) as well as my 360 and PS3 controllers. This is way more annoying!

Beat The Wolf Among Us (9/10)

Really great stuff, aside from that last episode. Nothing ever quite reaches that slow burn and great climax of the first episode, but the next three actually provide other moments of substance. The last one is... eh. Wrapping up loose ends I guess.

Would love to see this universe again though. The characters are great, despite me wishing I had a larger sense of involvement with some of them. If Telltale can do what they did with TWD Season 1 and gradually make each episode better than the last (because that one had a pretty bleh first episode tbh), than TWAU can really knock it out of the park.

Also technical bugs. Come fucking on Telltale.

I never finished transistor, the soundtrack was amazing but the gameplay was just so dull. I found Bastion to be actually fantastic how fluid the combat was, Transistor just feels so static and uninteresting to the point that it didn't matter what upgrade path you took, it all felt like the same thing. A lack of variety was definitely an issue.

@getyeryayasout Yeah totally man, Jeff Goldblum is a beast even when it involves animal abuse. Seinfeld is still the only sitcom I can sit through to this day and not feel like I'm wasting time, such a damn funny show.

I have the same exact issue with both games: the gameplay in theory is suppose to have some depth to it with all the options at the players hand, but in practice all that shit is unnecessary bullshit you rarely need tinker with. The most basic strategy works, because there is no rhyme, reason, or effort actually put into any of the level design. Bastion had that bullshit levels coming up gimmick which was a giant "SIKE we just didn't want to get exposed for having the same routine combat arenas over and over again" and Transistor is like here are the pillars in the same fucking way so you can use the same basic flank strategy all day. There is nothing to the gameplay, it's not varied at all (both of them), and the game is trying to be mechanics based, except with no real incentive to take advantage of all the mechanics.

It's fun enough in bursts to keep me interested, and not like make me go this is boring as shit because it was made by no talent hacks like a Bungie game or something, but overall it's like what the **** is being praised here? It's unimpressive as **** as a game. The only thing of note here is all presentation/production value related= visuals, awesome audio work, etc. At the least the lame ass narrator from Bastion is gone.

I like Transistor but that shit isn't an RPG. Once I looked at it like a puzzle game I liked it a lot more.

I use the off-tv feature a lot since I do not have access to an actual tv now a days.All the WiiU games I own support that feature(expect two modes in the wiiu version of smash).I switch between the pro controller also.

yeah, no sense in getting a "Z"97 and having a locked cpu, unless you plan to buy a unlocked one later. :P If you don't plan on overclocking, look for a motherboard that says something with "H" in it. A 4690k is basically the same cpu as mine with some slight differences. You'll love it. I recommend getting a aftermarket cooler for it. The one I use is amazing for the price. Hyper 212 EVO I've got my cpu OC'ed pretty high and it keeps it really cool temp wise.
