Ha, remember when I said I was gonna be here less? Remember when I told myself I wouldn't waste my time arguing about games?
Pfffft

Started Dark Souls II and first thing I noticed is the smoothness. That 60 fps man. But i have to get used to it after Bloodborne being 30 fps. The gameplay feels so different. I want souls games to play like Bloodborne from now on. It really is the next step for the series.
Man, Creed was dope.
Ugh, I want to see that movie so bad. I'm a huge Rocky fan and pretty much any movie Stallone does.
lmao at tormentos digging through years of my post history to try and make a point and failing miserably
Thats just sad. lol
@clyde46: Yeah. It was pretty terrifying. Happened before my time, I think, but I've seen pictures of it, and... yeesh.

It came out as part of my course on transporting dangerous goods. It is scary stuff. We also saw what happened with the 5th largest UK pertol plant in the UK went up. You could hear the explosion from the Netherlands!
picked up a MK Wii U bundle a few weeks ago. 100cc is whooping my ass. God I feel old. I remember playing the 150cc when the original came out and not even breaking a sweat.
We know you're getting old Alli.=p
Oh mitu, you never fail to disappoint. =P
WTF I went to the area where all the armor wearing huge enemies wonder and they changed a lot. They added the defeated looking white knights who can respawn now and the armoured guys are smarter. The boss was difficult to beat in that area too and there was a freaking dragon there as well. I know I'm supposed to come here later after the woods but I wanted to have a challenge. I got my ass kicked several times but I managed in the end and bested the area with my weak knight lol. The gameplay is just not fun to bloodbornes level. Much prefer that system than this one. I'm liking the game more now and learning it again after finishing it on PS3 like two years ago. Bloodbornes is tons better though. Even the controls. I appreciate that game even more now. I need a sequel now haha.
@Allicrombie Just give it a bit of time and you will probably adapt to the mechanical changes. The fact that you are not blaming the game is good. They altered sliding quite a bit.
I know someone who blamed every time he lost on the game itself. Instead of actually trying to adapt, and learn, he kept whining about the game. Since he outright refused to admit he wasnt very good at the game, he could never get good at the game.
@Maroxad: thanks man. Always appreciate your detailed responses. I'll keep my expectations low for the soundtrack.
Good plan.
Left a bait in one of the threads. Let's see who bites lol. I'm not lostrub level yet or mems but I try lol.
@Maroxad:
Thanks for the response. So funny, I was reading your thoughts on Xenoblade Chronicles yesterday so I assumed that’s what you were talking about at first.

You got that right...wait a minute!XD
So in true "glutton for punishment" fashion, I picked up Rogue Galaxy for PS2 on the PS4... I thought i'd at least give this emulation a fair whack before I continually knock on it... Let's be honest, i'm sure we'll get consistent topics as time goes on. So, $15 later, and:
I emulated this game on my old PC back when I had a copy, and ran it better than this. I was at least able to run it in 720p, with a multitude of other options such as AA/AF for good measure.
Good grief.

And I was thinking about getting this version too...might stick with my original copy.
Not sure if Xbox is being shitty about Internet, or it was generous of me to think people would actually be playing Disaster chief collection online still. Couldn't find or connect to any games. Not sure which it was.

Some of the best playlists (Halo CE 2v2) are basically dead most hours, while the more populated ones still suffer from horrendous matchmaking. It sucks because the one, one, match I got into for Halo 2 Anniversary MP was so fucking good.

That community died, they never really fixed it, they put band-aids all over it. All it was for 343 and Microsoft was patch it up enough, bury that shit and act like it never happened once Halo 5 is out. So you have a game that still has left over polish issues, and a community that finally said **** it.
@darkspineslayer: No plans to play it at the moment. I should, but I'm just glad I finished the main game. I've got so much else on my plate... one step at a time.
Plague Knight was the craziest boss to fight though. He was incredibly fast. Woof.
Anyone tried the Destiny racing event? thats the most boring event added to destiny since house of wolves and that stupid prison of elders mode... does bungie even know what their doing anymore? i dont even know
I'm now 35 hours into Persona 3 Portable.
WHAT THE ****, IKUTSUKI?
I'm really liking this game :D
You remind me of a friend of mine he's like addicted to persona 4 and every single time he joins my team for a destiny raid he literally starts talking and talking about persona 4 for like 5 hours straight
he's always like hey remember that scene or remember that battle or remember chie? im starting to get tired of hearing persona lool

Lol I can't help it.
I did my second playthrough of Persona 4 a couple weeks back, and then thought I'd give Persona 3 a try. I didn't think I'd be able to get into it, since I thought it'd feel like a regression after P4G, but I gave it a try anyway, and I'm pleasantly surprised. I still don't think it's anywhere close to being as good as Persona 4 is, but I didn't expect it to be, so that's fine. :P Maybe after this I'll do a playthrough of Persona 3: FES. Or maybe Persona Q.
Or maybe I just need to stop D:
@khoofia_pika: Probably go with that stop option. Wouldn't want to be like that sad little weeaboo who posts here constantly....what's the name....right, Charizard.

I guess I'll play something like Mass Effect after P3P to balance it out, huh? :P
A new superhero confirmed for Batman vs Superman movie. Won't spoil of course but here's a hint. The superhero wears a red outfit. Take a guess.
Persona 4 is one of those I would call a one play through experience. Playing it again would ruin the magic and what I thought of it after I finished it. Plus there is a lot of dialogue and a ton of stuff to do and I just got DSII and still have to finish MGSV which I will resume next week perhaps.

The Flash Not just him, others as well to make a simi appearance such as Cyborg & Aquaman

I read that. Seems interesting. I just hope this doesn't buckle under its own weight like Spider-Man 3 did.
Also, they should leave some surprises for when the movie comes out, they've already spoiled so much through that one trailer and a bunch of other announcements.
Okay, so I'm not into December in Persona 3 and I've hit a bit of a snag. I've only got like three or four social links left and all my personal stats are maxed out, and Tartarus is really starting to piss me off now, which all basically implies that I have nothing to do anymore. ;__; My character is showing all the signs of clinical depression, going to sleep early every single day.

I did a second playthrough of Persona 4 recently and I loved it. Mostly because I was able to complete a lot of S.Links I was unable to complete in my first playthrough. I'm thinking of doing a New Game + in a few weeks' time.

Nah, trust me. I've played it more than once. The magic is still there.
My suggestion no more than once a year.

How the **** is it possible to compete all your social links by December? There's too many in P3P.

I really need to focus on Persona 3 Portable some more. I was enjoying it, but I get distracted. I need to finish it before it gets too difficult to find Persona Q at a good price, too. I'm holding off buying it until I'm finished.

If it helps, Persona Q is on sale on the eShop every other week. Falls to $20 regularly, and I imagine it'll go down to at least $15 starting next year.

I DON'T KNOW. Something has gone horribly wrong.

As someone who's been obsessively playing P3P for three days and is almost done with the game, somehow, I'd say yeah, you should really give it another shot :P
