haha awesome. I remember thinking ill wait till the price drops to get it. But at this price, ill gladly fork up at launch.

The games are highly praised here so I will likely get it

I have been wanting to play these games since forever ago, but they were so damn rare. Finally the time is upon me :twisted:

Played them already..why buy again? AND I wasnt impressed with them that much. As far as ICO went...I could never get away from the "smoke" monster things to do anything at all hardly. SOTC was ok except it was...ride a mile on horse, find monster, climb on,stab repeat 10x then do all over again. I know I will get beat down for my views cause these 2 games are looked at with such "artistic eyes" but its how I feel.

Unlike most people, my favourite part of SotC was riding to the next colossi. Taking unexpcted detours and exploring caves made the game for me.

Day one buy for me! I was going to go through SotC again but if it comes around that time, I will just wait then to play it in HD and I can finally play Ico.

exactly, traversing the huge environment knowing full well that there is a huge Colossi very nearby is a feeling I havent felt in a game before the anticipation was almost too much at times

the environment was almost the star of the show,

Why go to Ebay when you can get it on Amazon new. Shadow of Collossus is 16 bucks new there. Your logic is flawed.

Why go to Ebay when you can get it on Amazon new. Shadow of Collossus is 16 bucks new there. Your logic is flawed.

Still not confirmation, but a damn sight more solid than quoting Wal-mart as a source.

At £25 that will be a day one buy for me - I'll see if I can trade the original PS2 games for it.

Glad we finally have a date. It's a definite buy for me.

I hope the collection pushes down the prices of the PS2 copies. I have SotC already so if i can find a PS2 ICO for sub £15, id just get that. anything higher than that i might as well get the collection. I always prefer getting games for their original system, but ICO used here is £30+

i LOVE these games.... TBH I would prefer either redue the whole game with their new engine and Optinoal 3D, with move for a different experience.

Or wait till next gen so they will be even better.

I don't want an HD version of the same game. These GAMES DESERVE MORE TLC. They were beautful to begin with.

I don't know the HD version looks to clean, have they removed the lighting effects that give's the game its unique look
