Since it's come out on BD and since the ps3 is region free, there should be no problems getting your hand on the PAL version.

GT5: Prologue was announced as a PSN download IIRC. Thats even easier than importing a disc.

easy...sony/pd always release beautiful pics pre-launch to generate hype, yet the final product NEVER lives up to the hype...

they did the same thing with GT4..

pre-launch had jaggie free pics with beautiful reflections...

the actual GT4 had TONS of jaggies and poor reflective mapping...

Gran Turismo doesnt have to prove nuttin, they have already proven themselves, this will just be another amazing game for the collection of great GT collections. Will be AAA for sure, just look at the graphics, it already blows forza out the water in that catagory, now they just need to prove they can create the most realistic damage physics then its done deal. People asked for damage in GT and talked about GT5 being a failure because of no damage, well im glad all the haterz said sometin cause now the creator of the GT franchise will just take things to the next level and show u what a real racing sim all about.

Did you see that video? When he's driving the ferrari he bumps into the viper a few times and it looks a bit weird. Also one thing that annoyed me, even in the first forza and all of the previous GTs is the way the wheels spin, they look too unrealistic..

Wow is all I can say the graphics are impressive but now GT5 has damage and online with improved ai and physics as well. I was going to get this game but now I am pumped the my space page looks great but the loading times were also very impressive as well.

I thought it was going to be like GT4 great looking game with alot of cars but lacking in the sim department and boy was I wrong GT5 is going to be a monster. Next to this forza 2 might as well be a xbox game.All it need is time of day and weather and it will be perfect and thank god rumble is back !!!

Actually I'd say the exact opposite, every day that passes they become angrier and more vocal. If its this bad now - while the PS3 is still an infant, I can't imagine how bad it'll be in 2009 with blockbuster 50 gig games.

I wonder if the old gt4 wheel works with this game also I really don't want to be stuck with the dualshock 3.ChiChiMonKilla

Pretty sure all you need is to buy a controller adapter and it will work. Plus, theres a new wheel in the works for GT5 :)

Saw the trailer, it looks pretty but not that impressive. I'll be impressed when they show actual game play footage that looks that pretty and not replays of laps. When forza 2 goes into lap replay mode it looks just as good as what I saw on this trailer. Why are they afraid to show some actual game play? Uh that is an actual screenshot, you realize developers can freeze and unlock the camera and get different views right.. u can tell thats in game cuz of the cardboard trees off to the side.. which brings up my only complaint about GT.. why do they still feel the need to use cardboard trees..

Interesting video. i wouldnt go as far as to call it "The Champ". My interest has been peaked. I have always found the "elevator music" in GT3 and GT4 to be very soothing. Looks like it will make an entrance in GT5. I still want to see damage modeling equal to or greater than Forza's. And jesus christ I dont want to have to go through the license tests or do 45 races in a ******* minivan just to buy a decent car. Let me get in an Audi R8 or Bentley Spped 8 from jump and just turn me loose... :shock:
