Is it so wrong for a guy to share his opinion on the game? It's a freaking 8/10, he still says it's a great game.
Nice try, McShea. Is it so wrong for a guy to share his opinion on the game? It's a freaking 8/10, he still says it's a great game.

It's evident that McShea lacks the basic mental capacities of a normal healthy person so yeah he might have trouble with empathy and other basic cognitive processes.kuraimenCTFU!!! Ok what is your take on that lil bitch Shaun McGinnis?
Probably hasn't played it.

What do you think of the game?Davekeeh
I think it's obvious that Nathan Drake was a better and more thought out character than joel, I mean atleast what he does makes sense!
Only an idiot would think otherwise.
lol I just watched it, and basically his reason for flopping it is becuz he didnt like Joel.
"I hated him... He is in the top of my least favorite characters ever, for games and movies. Cuz I just thought he was a horrible human being."
Â
The other two guys didnt agree with Tom McShea in anything.Â
Having listened to that, it really sounds like he never even bothered to play more than half the game before tossing his review out.
g'damn tom.

As I'm watching the spoiler cast, it's obvious Tom has no idea what the **** he's talking about Joel, it's funny seeing the other two guys in the cast not agreeing with Tom on any of his points.
Seriously how the **** can you not like Joel!?!?!?!?!
:edit note:
The spoiler cast is actually pretty good to watch, Shaun and Chris gave amazing points about the game while seeing Tom utterly makes himself look like an idiot is worth the time watching it.

Tom behaves like he played the first 3 hours of the game and then decided to write a review.
It's disgusting.
I feel like a lot of Tom's review are misplaced. He complains about two little things and they seem to just destroy his experience. I'm all for people having their opinion, like that 3/5 review. Nothing wrong with that. However Tom just doesn't seem to get it. Sure anyone can have an opinion, but Tom's complaints about the Last of Us seem like he cared too much about little annoyances, he didn't explain everything that was good about it, and he didn't understand the story. This review is almost as bad as his Skyward Sword review where he pegged it down for not being like the first Zelda game :|

It's almost like he wanted more uncharted, and that's it. Did he get the memo that he was reviewing a new IP?
lmfao.

Spoilers for the spoilercast AND the TLOU
It's funny how Tom thought Joel was a shady character cause of the prologue,I thought Joel was shady too at first I thought he had something to do with the infection tell they left the house and I saw his truck, which was a personal contractors truck then my beliefs of him being shady went out the window. From the looks of it Tom still thinks Joel is a shady character.
Also I'm at the part in the spoilercast when Tom actually says "Joel is the top of his list of hated characters in games AND movies" (it's at the 19:50 ish mark of the video).
The tears are tasty.
This flop is still making people mad? Damn. gg Tom. heretrix
The score isn't the main issue here, it's the reasoning behind it.
He makes some completely asinine points which fall flat.

"Supporting characters are rarely sympathetic" "Combat contains too many immersion-breaking exploits" What's so wrong about these criticisms?everyone always cringes and become paranoid when they hear McShea is reviewing X game. You know there will be some type of controversy with that guy.I've seen McShea stream Army of Two (the last iteration I believe), and it was near Jimmy Fallon level of bad.
Gxgear
After beating the game I think McShea's review is a joke. I'm all for differing opinions but the negative points he makes are so insignificant or poorly supported that I can't understand how it weighs down the experience. princeofshapeirI'm with this.. 8.0 is fun and all for system wars hullabaloo, but this review was just wrong.. he completely missed the point.
You have no idea how anyone would act after someones daughter was killed and then the destruction of the human race came swiftly afterwards. Only an idiot would think otherwise.I think it's obvious that Nathan Drake was a better and more thought out character than joel, I mean atleast what he does makes sense!
