Easily GotY. I have a hard time remembering another game that had GotY on lock down as much as this one does.
I have been resisting watching the footage for 2 days but I am a human afterall ..... the game looked pretty broing for the first couple of mintues but towards the end especially the last guy you were chasing, the game got so exciting .... the combat in this game will be something fresh finally.
[QUOTE="jackfruitchips"]most talk mean best?? since when? COD is most talk game by casuals. does that make it good? no yes it does. Its even better than generic setting open world buggy stalker games. This game is probably the most talked about exclusive game right now. It's good to be a PS3 owner.

Was hoping to see a different level beside the one from the E3 demo, oh well looking forward to playing this game when it comes out.
Meh, looks really linear and scripted. Led_poisonYou realized the first E3 demo in this exact same level played out completely different, right?

Very, very impressive. The original E3 demo was more shock and awe (and in a lot of ways, more impressive), but it's nice to see that the game can be played so many different ways, which was something I was concerned about.
Will it be GoTY? No idea. There are a ton of amazing looking titles slated for next year, or without release dates (if Watch Dogs lives up to its promise and releases next year, I can see it winning GoTY). Either way, it's damn impressive, and I can't help but feeling that Uncharted was just a lead up to all this.
Consider me all but sold on this one.

Eh I couldn't disagree more. The worry after E3 was that the game looked so heavily scripted. Like no way Ellie could react that natural to different events and the way you fought some of the baddies also seemed very scripted. By showing the same level it became clear that there is a lot of freedom how to approach it. That is super impressive. If they show a new level people would naturally assume it was just another scripted on the rails section. Was hoping to see a different level beside the one from the E3 demo, oh well looking forward to playing this game when it comes out.

Not liking Uncharted is not the same as not liking ND.
And this is a far more serious take on a game from ND and looks very promising. No sarcastic flat humour with 1 dimensional characters.

i tell you whatwe have yet to see the freaks
but what i have seen soo far the realisim of this game
scare the hell out of me
the last part from the video when the thug was hiding almost give me a heart attack when i saw him coming from behind with the molotov
the ai is too smart in this game
and i also like the fact that any part from the game will cought on fire like the wall and the thug legs

Yeah it's unsettling when he's hiding on you and I absolutely love the dynamic shift in power that occurs. At the start you are the one hiding and outsmarting them and suddenly when you chase him blindly the gameplay shifts to the opposite. Now you're the one searching and the enemy was hiding. It's a nice swap around and more games need to do it. The AI seems to be top notch. Well, except for one part where I noticed a dude popping his head up for too long and waiting for you to shoot but minor nit pick.
Can't wait to see how the final fleshed out game looks. Seems right on track for success

yeah it feel so rewarding that after hiding from them they are the one are hiding from you i know i will be playing this game more than 5 times[QUOTE="Led_poison"]Meh, looks really linear and scripted. nervmeisterYou realized the first E3 demo in this exact same level played out completely different, right?
Not completely differently, it still had the same voice prompts and set pieces, the E3 demo was also pressed for time and half as long.
Now, if this game had an open world and was dynamic with the set pieces, say instead of finding those corpses in the bath tub, they are now hanging from the ceiling, now that would be impressive.
, what people are saying is that these scenarios are scripted and will play out the same.sts106matIf you're still in doubt, just watch the first E3 demo and compare it to this one.
i've already said it looks good, what people are saying is that these scenarios are scripted and will play out the same, if that is not the case the AI is great. you seem awful excited for this game dude, i hope it lives up to your high expectations. I tend to avoid reading / watching too much stuff about games i am excited for, i prefer surprises and it also helps avoid becoming too hyped disappointed in the end.sts106mat
you mean the story right ???
every game is scripted when it come to story
but the way you plays has nothing to do with the story scripting
and as i said the game is not linear
it allow you to explore
you can even avoid them
but if you are talking about what you saw is just scenarios and scripted
then i think you got the wrong idea about what i'm talking about
non of what you saw is scripted
only the elevator part
nothing more
and yes i'm excited for it and as of now i'm going media blackout for this one

lol I'm sure the next piece of info shown or released you will be right back hyping it :P
And let's just say it seems to be as dynamic as they say but without playing it none of us know how non scripted or scripted it really is. Looks on the right track though.

i will try not too though :Pand it's real simple any one can see the how different the gameplay and ai in both demos
and it's in the SAME place
what more prove any one need other than that
why every other site already see the dynamic ai
even neogaf is praising this game ai now
every preview is loving the game ai
only some people here are having a hard time admit the game have awesome ai:cool:
