Honestly, i'm just happy about Sin and Punishment 2 and even Punch Out!! The next Nintendo IP I want to come out is Pikmin. If that is announced, then the Wii really does have the most diverse line-up in 2009.

Though I will continue to repeat that Wii is fine in exclusives, multiplatform games is where it falls.

Diversity is fine, but the problem is so many of those games look like compete garbage.

I think a lot of those games have not been confirmed for NA. Fatal Frame, Capcom vs tatsunoko. But yes, it will be a happy year still.

Not really. They've done it a few times with some of their lesser titles (i.e. wario land, yoshis island, star fox) but when it comes to the big games (ssb, mario, zelda; heck even disaster and hammer (now canned)) they give at least a years notice.

No it doesn't have a shot. DOesn't really matter though. It has good collection of good games. Is anything else really needed? Does System Wars send out a trophy for every person who pulls for the system that gets the most AAA games? If there's not some big reward or a cash prize then who the hell really cares what system has the most AAA/AA games, so long as you enjoy the console?

They just look like average, "meh." titles.

And some are just downright bad, even some of the most anticipated ones. Monster Hunter? The highest Monster Hunter scored what, 6 something?

I think its a newer stratagy, it seemed they got burned out on the months of brawl hype. I consider punch-out a pretty big title and they gave us 6 months notice.

I find it funny that the Sheep have transformed into Cows in the matter of half a year........it was Cows saying "just wait till next year" for so long.......the only difference is the PS3 games were much bigger franchises.

The Wii continues to have mostly last gen games with new gen ( I prefer 360 dual analog ) waggle but I yet hold out hope for something truly innovative in the future and hoping that it be a spectacular New, wowzer the heck outta me Zelda game - then all will be right in my VG world. :D

Now had you said 360 is $50.00 less expensive and has the best, most diverse library and best on-line, I would have agreed.

Yeah I guess so. It makes more sense certainly: the hype for disaster inevitably dried up thanks to its botched development cycle. We shall see how long the wait for the new zelda is from its announcement trailer to see how far nintendo are willing to take this new strategy ;)

They just look horribly generic or uninspired. I don't know exactly what you expect me to say.

A House of the Dead that adds nothing over the old XBox House of the Dead 3 (and that game scored a 6 something for the XBox,) the original Sin and Punishment was a "meh" average game - this new one looks even worse, another Tenchu, Fatal Frame, etc. etc. Another Wii Sports, Another Endless Ocean, etc.

It can't be better than PC FPS, but when compared to teh clunky 360/PS3 FPS, it could be better.

Please don't lump PS3/360 in with the PC ever again...ever!

if you compare it to a pc shooter yea but if the controls are soild it will be better then most other console shotters
