So how many major flops are we at this year? There's been BioFlop 2, Heavy Flop, Alan Flop, Flopdown 2, Final Flop 14, Flop of Honor, Flopout: New Vegas, Gran Flop 5, Donkey Flop Returns, and now Epic Flop. Am I missing any?

Thats probably true. Activision would just buy Gamespot and make them make new map packs for Black Ops and have Kevin V, Chris Watters, and Tom McShea review them with perfect scores and call them a great value

and Fable 3.

I was going to say Splinter Cell but everytime calls that a flop everyone goes nuts and pulls out like 4 different hype threads where it was hyped AA and in the official all the cows inflated the AAA scores just to see it flop.

But yes, the others definitely did flop, including Flople 3 (or Failble 3)

This flopped and scored way below what I thought was the worst case scenario

Shame it got that score,but I am still getting the game and it been getting great scores.

First time I saw gameplay footage, I thought it looked mediocre. Guess I was right. lolDragonfireXZ95

And people where givign GT5 a hardtime for getting a 8.. but a 6? lol

People expected a AAAE for Donkey Kong.

It got AAE.

Thus the Flop.

Pretty harsh. From what I've played so far, it's pretty good. A little rough around the edges, but it's heart is in the right place.

GameSpot seems in the minority on this one compared to other reviews - I think they really missed something in the review. Well, I'm getting this one regardless.

It had Potential

Oh this came out? I'm renting it tomorrow then. 6.0 seems low for this game, from videos it looks like something I'll find tons of fun playing and find it deserving of a 8+ score. Weird how the games that get scores below 8 on Gamespot end up being some of the most unique/fun games I've played.

I thought it'd score in the 7 range, but I guess it's much worse. It's too bad, the story seems good, but gameplay is and should always be the most important factor.
