Since the games you mentioned are all exclusive to the PS3, it's hard to say that that means the PS3 is graphically better than the 360. There is nothing to suggest that the 360 couldn't run them identically. But, yes, Uncharted is great, I'm not too sure about MGS4 and GT5P.

MGS4 blows Uncharted out of the water. I own both and they both look great but MGS4 is simply more impressive.

if you played all 3 you wouldnt even debate it. MGS4 is more impressive then both and by a fair margin . The final product is truly impressive.

Alright well the 360 still has more better games a way better online and way better marketplace so i would take those over graphics any day.

The 360 has more games, true. Most of these are hardly noteworthy though. Once the upcoming "big" ps3 games come out, the 360 will be unable to compete... unless you really dig Halo 3 - but that will be on PC soon

Wait Gears of War 2, Fable 2, Halo Wars, Too human. Sure PS3 is finally getting good games but the 360 has always and will still be getting good games.

Metal Gear Solid's 4 detail and character models alone are incredible. They far surpass Uncharted. Metal Gear Solid 4 also has subtle visual touches that make this game that much more realistic. The bump-mapping is great, self-shadowing and lighting is awesome. The particle effects from the explosions. I think i should just stop there and go back to playing the game.

For art direction though, Bioshocks is a visual feast with it's art deco or "dak deco" when it comes to longevity, when the games start to show there age, bioshock will still look largely visually appealing due to it.

There all great looking games, but i think Gears is behind in many areas. Detail, water effects, character animation, Anti-aliasing, lighting, color contrast ( no really.. looking back their was almost no distinction between something organic or man made). The graphical jump has actually been huge from 06 to 07.
Assasins Creed...thats another game with great graphics(imo always looked better than Gears).

Of course not im talking about the pics that were shown before the game was released . And time and time again hermits say there pc's cant run them at a playable framerate. The one taken from peopels pc's never look as good as the ones that were released before the game had come out. Why? Because that was a highly optimized demo for a quad GPU pc and most people simply dont have the horsepower to run it like the way it was orginally shown.

There all great looking games, but i think Gears is behind in many areas. I was thinking NG2 would be up there but I havent played it yet so I dont know. I also didnt but GT5 or Grid in there because racing games are so much easier to do.
