I think my list is more sensible than the TC's. I also knew someone would call me out on Gears Of War, while I may not be a fan of the most recent ones I still think Gears 1 deserves a spot. I'm a bit surprised at the dislike of Mass Effect though...chilly-chill

When I look over this gen, of course I'll think of my favorite games (derp) . And sure, this list is opinioniated(slightly). But when you think of the best of this gen, you're going to want to think of games that truly show you want this gen can offer. Not just awesome games , games that conver " Hey, can you do this on a PS2/360/Wii?"

You can disagree all you like. I was more bringing it up as a game that legit could not have been done before this gen. To fit his "hey can you do this on system ps2, etc etc" Because that game legit used the current tech to make itself what it is. Hell to go in another area Crysis or Stalker Shadow of Chernobyl. The basic changes that would need to be made just to bring them to a console(or were made in Crysis 1's case) make them fitting for that type of list. jg4xchamp
