That's not the point, I already said I'm not going to buy at all because I won't play the games. It's the principal of people like you feeling morally superior and complaining that: 1) other people don't donate and 2) other people are not paying for the developer's work. Regarding 1) why should everyone donate to the organizations YOU feel are entitled to? Maybe people already donate somewhere else and you can't donate to everyone.Regarding2) you may not buy used games but I've heard lots of people on this board say they do and the fact is the developer's get 0 and that seems to be ok to them, so there's a contradiction here. Also, you're going to tell me you don't have any piece of free SW installed on your PC? Do you donate to everyone? Or in that case you have no problem using software without paying for it? Ok, you've got a point there. Now that I think about it this is akin to those booths in malls where they sell symbolic toys and you decide what you want to pay and it goes for charity. Paying 1 cent there is slimy, I give you that, and so is here.

Don't be an idiot, I was clearly talking about what other people were also saying in this thread that you didn't seem to have an issue with. People were messing up two different things. Some people were saying paying 1 cent is bad because it's for charity (like you), and with that I can agree, but other people were saying paying 1 cent is bad because the developers deserve to be paid. And this is COMPLETELY absurd, the developers are paid what they ask for, nothing more nothing less.

If thinking that people taking advantage of a charitable event is slimy, consider my moral high horse well ridden, because IT IS SLIMY.

If a game is free, and attached to no charity then how in f***s name is it taking advantage of a developer? It's a price set by the developers themselves, they aren't saying pay what you want because they are giving it away.That's a completely different situation.
