I'm going to start with 2006 for PC games, considering that is when Wii, PS3, 360 and PC were all simultaneously available.
What is better, a dictatorship or a democracy? Same thing with reviews, meta-scores are better than any single review you come across from IGN, Gamespot, or any other publication that is written by 1 individual. A majority vote is always better than 1 opinion. A good meta-score doesn't mean you will automatically like a game, but when measuring how good a game is, the best indicator is meta-score, followed by a single professional publication (Gamespot, IGN etc.), and lastly, the opinion of 1 person from System Wars, which 9 times out of 10 is heavily biased.
The minimum requirement of reviews for each game is 10 reviews. Small digital indie games released at budget prices do not count, only full-retail games. Expansions for full-retail games do count.

Okay, so here's my analysis of what I'm seeing.
First let me say that every 360 exclusive game was eligible, and the console was released in 2005. The PS3 and Wii weren't released until 2006, and I also only included PC games that were released from 2006 forward, so the 360 had an advantage right off the bat.
Despite the advantage, I'm seeing the lowest score for the 360, and the highest score for the PS3.
I'm really liking the variety I see on the Wii in terms of games. This really goes to show that the Wii has a lot more games than people give it credit for, and unique games at that. I mean, just look at how it dominates the Xbox 360.
The only game I wasn't really sure on whether to add or not was Crysis for the PC. I decided to keep it as a PC exclusive because the console versions run on a different engine and are not exactly the same. If the Crysis version on consoles is exactly the same, I will edit and change it.
