DA:O is sort of in the same boat as Mass Effect IMO. Mass Effect is much easier to control on KB/M with all the abilities mapped to numbers, similar to how the UI in World of Warcraft is. Dragon Age Origins is the same exact way, having all of your abilities mapped to the keyboard making it much more intuitive. Origins does have additional camera angles on PC like the overhead isometric view. Overall, I think the content in both games is the same, right? And DA:O runs on the same engine for all versions.

Gameplay wise I think it is. For me the PC is almost a strategy oriented game while the console version is mostly an action oriented game.

Having a KB/M allows for many more possibilities, and they had to limit the game in order for it to work flawlessly without a KB/M. At least that's the gist I got from reading all the reviews and playing both versions myself.

If I remember correctly, I think the view and the total control over your party is a direct result of the KB/M and the possibilities that it allows for. I played DA:O first on PC, and was pretty disappointed when I played it on console. The game plays like WoW on PC, with all your abilities readily available on your hotkeys and you can switch between party members on the fly with an isometric view.

Same thing with Mass Effect on PC vs Console, though. I liked the game much better on PC because all of your abilities are readily available through the hotkeys on your keyboard.

Lol, a simple google search would inform you that the slim 4gb were matte, 250gb were shiny, and now all xbox 360 slims are matte, both 4gb and 250gb.

This bad boy was a 4gb but it has a 320gb harddrive installed. I intentionally did it that way, because of a few reasons. The package deal only came with a 250gb harddrive, and I wanted the 320gb. Secondly, the 250gb model doesn't come with internal memory installed, the 4gb, and I use that internal memory as a backup harddrive for my saves. It's a win win.
