GR does cover SNES and Genesis games. And if you check over the OP, I do have a special subset of rules for 3rd gen games (NES and Master System). Aside from that, only games post crash are eligible for nomination.

1. Panza Dragoon Saga- Best Fantasy Adventure Game Ever

2. Metropolis Street Racer - First ever photo-realistic racer in a three real world locations no less - set the bench mark for so many games to follow.

3. Jet Set Radio - Two words Cell Shading - did it first and did it best.

4. Half Life - Redifined the FPS and still the bench mark.

5. Knight of The Old Republic - Best Starwars universe game ever so must have a mention

6. Elite - Space Trading Game that's never been bettered even with all our fancy CPU/GPU updgrades.

7. Homeworld - Mass Space Combat, Great Story, Sublime atmosphere, great music.

8. Deus Ex - FPS/RPG whatever you call it, it does it very well indeed.

I considered this one a lot. And after weighing the fact that OB IS a reviewed game, some for which would be their 1st entry into Valve's universe, that I had to allow it. Plus it seemed unfair to discount one of GR's Top 20 games. But with that all these in mind, my final ruling is that people can nominate either Orange Box OR the seperate game individually, BUT NOT BOTH. Gotta be one or the other. This won't be a loophole to nominate Half Life 2 twice.
