To whoever posted PDWT, you're right. That's not only the worst story ever, but the worst game ever. I dare anyone to dispute this.Cherokee_Jack

I accept your not-so-challenging challenge!
You see, none of you can appreciate the amount of depth in the story nor how much it evolved gaming! Did you not note the main character was in fact a plumber? He was clearly a great parody of Mario! That blonde woman? Peach. That boss? Hey, Bowser's a boss. I'm pretty sure you can make the connection.
As for that strange part with the racing? Yeah, Mario had a racer, didn't he?
At the beginning, you're actually given a story for once! What platformer has done that before? You're also given the chance to let the bad guy win for once! Choice? In a platformer!? REVOLUTIONARY! And that chase scene? That represented all the platforming segments you had to do to get to Princess Peach, but now it's taking Peach's parody away from Bowser's parody! Why was it all still frame and had you do nothing? Because the platforming segments in the Mario games were boring! No one wanted to play those!
I am saddened by this generations lack of appreciation for such great games as Plumbers Don't Wear Ties.

Now excuse me while I go vomit in a corner. I'll have my cookie later.
