whats the point in a 360 if i have a PC? (not flamebait)

most of the 360 games are on/coming to the PC (GeOW, Halo 3 etc.)... i have a good gaming PC, so... why buy a 360 instead of a PS3 or Wii?

There are way to many games similar to Crysis coming to the XBox 360. Hour of Victory, Brother in Arms, Call of Duty 3, GRAW 2, etc.., etc.. How many war games can one person play anyways? We don't care if Crysis ever comes to a console system. I know I don't anyways. It's just another war game. :roll:

You can start adding them up now. The majority of titles that get released on the PC are crap. I rarely see many diamonds-in-the-rough with PC games. I've been reading some PC gaming mags and most of the scores are average or below.

Who said they were exclusives? I said they aren't coming out on the PC. Gear of War & Assassin's Creed haven't been announced yet for the PC.  Ok. Shadowrun and Raving Rabbins will be coming to the PC, but that like two out of 25 and the list isn't even complete.

Btw... I own a high end PC and it doens't cover all the genres like you hardcore hermits would like others to believe. First of all PC has little to no free roaming games, or get's them well over a year after the consoles. PC has a lack of good arcade racers like Burnout. It hasn't had a quality FPS since Half Life 2. Sure PC is the king of RTS (Company of Heroes FTW) but it's not the king of every genre.

And I just wanted to add PC gets owned in sports games too.

most of the 360 games are on/coming to the PC (GeOW, Halo 3 etc.)... i have a good gaming PC, so... why buy a 360 instead of a PS3 or Wii?

well, I have both, but for those that have to choose:

I play my 360 on a 56 inch 1080p DLP

I have a 7.1 sounds system

I have XBL with all my coworkers and friends on it

I got the HD DVD player

the system only cost me 400

i don't have to install anything

I don't have to wait to play the good games

My 360 takes less than a minute to boot up

I can download HD movies to my 360

the wireless controller is choice

If you've bought a PC you can certainly buy all three systems within a year no problem.  If you buy a PC it should be for PC games, not 360 ports, because they'll never be as good.  Halo sucked on the PC, and Doom 3 sucked on Xbox.........AND on PC, but thats only my opinion.
