I'm hoping that by the time GT5 comes out, so will killzone 2 and the latest god of war. Hopefully another price drop as well. Its been such a long time since the last GT that I might buy this one.

I've had every main GT game (minus a prologue or demo here and there) and they are awesome games. However, Forza does racing better.

But GT = GT. People buy consoles for the games, not the games for the console. If GT5 is like GT4 then it will move consoles. I'm not going to say how much, but I'm pretty sure there will be a bump in PS3 sales.

Forza is good but its not as good as GT5 as a racing SIM. GT has always been about pin point precision in cars looks and handling. Its the definitive console simulator. It cannot be beaten. The devs behind the game have lins, and they have a trend of delaying a game until its perfectly ready...

thats a bit of a stretch. I belive that it will be a combination of games like KZ2, GOW3, GT5, Heavy Rain, White Knight Cronicles, Infamous, Uncharted 2 ect. that will put PS3 at #1. Its not a stretch to say that PS3 could be #1 in sales as far as games and hardware at the end of 09.djsifer01
