Wow. What are the specs? That is pretty impressive.

8 gigs DDR3, 7950 boost edition (even with its age its still faster than a modern GTX 1050) and a 3rd gen quad core i5. For 1080p it runs all games at base settings high or very high. Most games on regular high it will surpass 60fps

Most of the half decent rigs in the world must be in the US then, not a chance in hell those prices were achievable here in the UK. We always have to pay obscene amounts even for a mid build.

my build in 2014 was about the same quality, cost £600 ish.

Nicely done. I’m impressed. I quick review of benchmarking of that card doesn’t seem to support high or very high setting at 60fps @1080, but at medium setting that card still performs nicely.

This card is slower than the 7950 boost and its getting at least 30FPS on very high setting. On some of the well optimized games tested it actually hit near 60FPS at very high settings.
80% of video games released in the last 3 years it would hit 60fps at baseline regular high. Not surprising the be honest, 7950 boost is slightly 2x faster than the ps4s GPU and almost 3x faster than the xboxones GPU
The GPU side of things don't make sense to me. AMD is very competitive with Nvidia but 80% of PC gamers still go with the more expensive Nvidia.
It's because AMD's graphics drivers tend to be garbage.
I hear this alot, but its not been a problem for me. I always just get whatevers cheaper and that tends to be AMD graphics cards 99% of the time. Trust me i'd love an nvidia gpu but its just like $50-100 more expensive so thats off the table for me.
Functionality speaking, ive never had any issues with AMD graphics cards or Nvidia GPUs, but thats just me.
