Probably never. The second analog attachment is Gamestop exclusive, and probably won't be available in large quantities. It's not meant to be standard. When are Nintendo releasing a 3DS with the second analog stick already built in?

1) Hardware doesn't matter, especially when it comes to handhelds. Revelations looks stunning. Remember the Ps2? 2) That is not a flaw. Games can still be designed without one 3) You don't have a 3DS so you have no say. I play OoT with 3D on all the time and no problems. Fix your eyes. At least mine aren't weak ;) 4) True 5) Proof? My DS games work fine. At least we don't have to repay them  6) LOL  trophies? Useless! 7) Turn Wifi off, lower brightness and 3D. Battery is still better than Vita's. Better battery will increase cost 8) It has many good games 9) Proof of the outdateness? Vita is the same 10) The online play hasn't been fully touched. Only one friend code per system which is nothing. If your friend is around, you can add each wirelessly with no input. 11) Who cares? Nice try. You don't have a 3DSIts definitely a failure, 3DS just has too many major flaws which can't be ignored like
Very outdated hardware
Lacks second analog stick
Bad 3D screen hurts your eyes and screen is very low resolution even lower than PSPs which is over 6 years old
Region locked
Bad backwards compatible, old DS games have longer loading times
No achievements or trophies for games
Very low battery life
Lack of good games
Very outdated touch screen tecnology
Online network very outdated, no video chat, cross game chat and still uses friend codes.... o.O

Too bad it can be refuted so easily. * Why would they NEVER do online properly? Look at how the 3DS is improved and the WiiU. Their getting better! Especially with the release of MK7 * Launch-line up doesn't matter now. All the good games have been accumulated. * Fix your eyes. I play OoT with 3D on almost all the time, and no problems. Your eyes need to get used to it. * It is up to the devs to make the 3D work.[QUOTE="LastRambo341"][QUOTE="felipebo"]
I stand by it.

Your entire argument rides around "suck it up"? First, and most importantly, I'm definitely not the only one who has these problems. They are genetic, or acquired, etc... and they don't disappearthrough willpower, the system aggravating people's health is documented all around the world. And as paying customer, I don't have to change s***, Nintendo is the one that has to adapt its product if it's main selling point can't be used by, I dare say, millions. As for refuting my point, I can't take an argument based on an unreleased console seriously, and I'm fully aware of what the line-up is now, and it's still lackluster.
Lol what? I take it that you gave upAnd the Vita is a PSP with an extra stick. Go figure. Your book sucksEssentialy it's just a DS but extra gimmicky with it's stupid 3D. Nintendo is just being lazy these days, they are always adding a gimmick to their systems so it can get caught up by the casual player. In my book it's a fail.

LOL fanboy trying to justify 3DS flaws, he doesn't even know the facts its hilarious ^^
Ofc i don't have a 3DS, why would i buy that piece of crap?...
The 3DS as hardware was never a failure. The library was but that's being amended.
Anyways, I'll keep playing my DS with the huge backlog I have until a revision/remodel is announced. I don't realistically expect it anytime soon but I have plenty of games to keep me occupied until then.

[QUOTE="aroxx_ab"]They are not. If you truly believe that, you need to learn a thing or two about marketing. Nintendo will inevitably release a two-CP version. Not only will the CPP permeate the market and make a name for itself, but fans are crying, CRYING out for the revision. I can't read a thread about the 3ds without at least two or three people declaring how much they're looking forward to it. Nintendo is watching this kinda stuff and taking notes. It is impossible to keep the 3DS the same size as it is and add in an analog stick and two more shoulder buttons (which is also something the attachment adds). If you consider that Nintendo will already (presumably) be pushing it in the inevitable revision with a bigger battery (and possibly bigger screens), then you will see how the 3DS chasis (which is already packed in its current state) will have no room to support an extra analog pad and two more shoulder buttons, not without making the 3DS much bigger than it is (a 3DS XL).When are Nintendo releasing a 3DS with the second analog stick already built in?

Yes, but Nintendo is trying to promote the 3DS as a lifestyIe product that always stays in your pocket. In Iwata's own words, they are 'fighting for pocket space with the iPhone.' Given that the 3DS at its current size already strains the seams of most pockets, do you really think they will risk making it even bigger?I'd be fine with 3DS XL. I don't take my DS outside of the room as it is and I do have large hands.

LOL is "fanboy" supposed to be an insult? Arent you one cuz ur trolling? Ah you dont have it so therefore you lose :) I'll enjoy the games, boyAs a Nintendo fan I have admitted that to some extent, yes the 3DS is a failure. From being the most hyped piece of technology in all of 2010 (which is an incredible big deal) to possibly the biggest launch flop in recent history, I would say that that was a failure. From being promised amazing features, exclusive features, and much better online interface with amazing games within the launch window, yet none of that was realized withinthe first 6 months would be a failure.
However, this was something Nintendo really needed to see to shake them up. Times are much different now, if the hype is gone there is no waiting, people will move on. Besides that, it was clear how arrogant Nintendo had become within the HH market and especially the hype the 3ds received. I think now the 3DS has the potential of being the best handheld system, it finally has a strong marketing campaign, excellent games, very affordable and the features are now being released.
