From a technical standpoint, the PS Move is far more advanced than the Wiimote. The PS Eye camera can detect the position and distance of the glowing light, while the Move's internal sensors assist with tilt detection and boosting overall accuracy. The Wiimote on the other hand has a hard time telling how far you are from the TV (unless you have MotionPlus), so it would be laughable to suggest the Move is inferior. The Move is being released four years after the Wiimote, so of course it would have to be better. Sony would be stupid if they cannot out-perform a controller technology from 2006, so of course they can do a better job with four years of improvements.
Websites like Joystiq and Gizmodo have actually used the PS Move in HANDS-ON tech demos during GDC recently, and they have openly stated that the PS Move was better and more accurate than the Wiimote. They said that the controller was smarter, more accurate, and was simply more fleshed-out than the Wiimote... even with MotionPlus! Check out more info about Move here:

Thats right Wii owners, you can stay safe behind the whole "you cannot say the PS Move is better because you havent used it yet", but all current *hands-on* reviews of the Move controllers indicate that the Wiimote is far inferior. Can't wait for the Move to be released. Thats when PS3 owners have better graphics, better online, hard drives, Blu-ray, AND superior motion controllers. What advantages will the Wii have left apart from Mario Party or the next Zelda re-hash game?
