Why don't console peasants admit defeat to their PC Gaming Overlords?

I'll care about pc gaming when they get all my favourite franchises, untill then, why should I care?

gaming is SUUURIOUS bizness, especially to pc fanboys. i mean, how can you possibly consider yourself a grown man unless you exclusively play your video games on a personal computer? again, serious business...

I have also experienced crashing on my PS3. I've crashed on RDR, L.A. Noire, and Killzone 3

also gotta laugh at his points about music declining in popularity considering live music revenues have went up and a lot of sales of merchandise and CD's bought straight from the band arent factored into the whole scheme of things.

Console games need to surrender and leave SW, simply because they can't win any argument.

Why can't PC gamers admit they are in the minority and that consoles are the future and are what push the industry forward, not their precious PC that they spend hundreds of dollars on and countless hours all for a slighlty better perfomance for their life partner, then feelin insecure about it and go around bragging about it to others and putting them down. If PC gamin is so great, why do you guys spend so much time on forums talking about it instead of actually PLAYING it? I know the reason why, but I'm not going to say it because it would hurt your feelings and you would do Dmage Control and deny it.

Hermits downplay so much about PC gaming, it isn't worth the hassle or the money IMO. Anyone who is honest about PC gaming knows what I'm talking about, I wanted to play Witcher 2 so I had to upgrade and to do that I had to spend alot of money and time tracking down all these parts and then it was a pain in the ass to get them to work right because it kept saying "please install something something compatible error" followed by a bunch of numbers. Now since I upgraded I can't play some of my older games, also mods are overrated, they don't work right most of the time and alot of them have bugs and alot of them are stupid like Nude mods, which are made by losers for losers.

It's easy to understand why devs are abandoning the platform, they want to get paid for thier work! Could you imagine if say RDR was on PC only? Rockstar would have gone out of business just like any dev who would do that. There is a reason why all the PC only devs are small, there is no money involved.

If you want to make a starve to death and lose your job, you make a game for PC. If you want to makea living and feed your family, you bring it to consoles. It's the cold hard truth....

Prove they're in the minority. The consoles have largely had things that existed on the PC first. The consoles have started to come into their own as of late, however they still largely co-exist with the PC.

Upgrading is fairly painless. My brother just upgraded to a 560TI and all I did was uninstall the drivers, remove the old card, place in the new card and install the newest drivers. Done and done.

Just like the vast majority of games that are released suck. However, good mods exist.

I only ever turn my PC on and play a game. In fact, it actually boots just as fast as my 360, due to the dash taking so long to load. It boots only a little slower than my PS3.

You say they are the most insecure group on here, yet you feel the need to bash them and bring them down. I would say that some Hermits aren't the only ones who are insecure.

Fanboys, mostly lemmins, brag about how 99% of multiplats are superior on 360 and inferior on PS3, even though the difference is minimal at best. Personally, i find that even more pathetic.

If consoles were where the money was at, why are there so many PC developers? Many aren't even small. Prove that the PC is a small market.

The developers are largely going multiplat. Even devs that moved away from the PC due to things like piracy (Epic Games and Crytek) still develop for the PC.

Really? I put my PC in hibernate/sleep. It takes all of a few seconds to boot up. I have no need to fully shut down my computer. If you're gonna accuse someone of lying dude, you'd best outline why, and then actually prove it.

:P That's not quite what I meant. The person I was quoting stated that you simply turn on consoles and play. I do exactly the same with my PC, as it doesn't require hours of tweaking like Shadowmoses stated. I do multitask on it quite a bit.

I think a lot of people think pc gamers are strange and pathetic weirdos. Not me necessarily. But just look at the popularity of Skyrim nude mods. It makes pc gamers look really weird and pathetic!!

the cost is only problem for the kids, what you mean drivers? also DRM is not something that will affect you, i mean i have play games with DRM and i didn't even notice that it was there, until some troll make a thread on SW saying that X game have DRM...

as you can see no tradeoffs.
