Ive been hating on wii music since E3 but i have to admit, that second video actually made the game look fun. I still think most people (including me at one point) are hating on this game because we were expecting a zelda calibur game at E3 but were given this. So whenever people see wii music they'll think of how nintendo betrayed them, thus hating the game.

Can't say I was even remotely impressed. that MIDI sound would get old in about 30 minutes. and it's not like you control the notes so much as just make the gestures. I think it would have been awesome if there was a way to more closely simulate real music notes and note selection in a fun way. THAT could have been revolutionary. this...this just seems like a rather lame game. I just don't see the fun (though I can recognize the potential the idea had, if it had been executed differently).
