I'm okay with digital tbh. In fact, I prefer it. Just wish Nintendo would get on the ball about an account system or whatever it is that people complain about it (I don't actually have a Wii U so I'm not sure what the complaints are).

no kidding...people just dont get it.  You can plug in any hard drive or flash drive and use that for games.  You decide how much storage you want!  

as for the disc drive it has the capacity of bluray and higher speeds...unless you are actually talking about playing back movies in which casethe 90s called and want their physical media back

Was talking about it with my buddy and I think I'm going to buy the Wind Waker bundle. I still got a backlog of PS3 games to play through so I'm in no rush to get a PS4, especially since there will be no BC.

The wii-u is already overpriced for what's inside of the box. A marginally more powerful 360 with 32GB of storage has no business being $300-$350, when there are skus of ps3 and 360 packing 250GB+ of storage for $250-$299. Having Nintendo dump the cost onto the buyer just comes off as being cheap. Especially in this digital age. They should provide ample storage space from the get go, instead of forcing us to spend more on top of there already expensive box. People are trying to get rid of boxes under their tv's, so who wants an unsightly external Harddrive sitting on their shelf? Flash drives are a worse $$$ per GB option, so I wont even bother touching that. But apologists are going to apologize MFDOOM1983

Also, everyone and their dog has wii remotes lying around so that saves buying new controllers at $50 each.  I will bet any money that Wii U is at least #2 in sales for "Next Gen"

Why are you comparing a last gen console(spec wise ) with the ps4. More powerful hardware offering a more robust online infrastructure and more features is going to cost more. The oddity is wii-u's price being so damn close. MFDOOM1983

I guess you can pretend wii-u multi-plats aren't trading blows with with their counterparts on 8 year old consoles, or the countless developer comments stating that wii-u does some things better and some things worse than the 7-8 year twins, which is only strengthened by the comparisons. the developers will learn more and pump even more out remember wiiu has 1 gig of ram thats 4 x the ram 360ps3 had to work with and if nintendo unlocks some of that other ram well ,  guess what , 

its still better visually then ps3 360 , if developers do it right,  

  and lol @10 x more powerful ,   

id say 5 x , ,  10 x is overkill, 

     and really graphics arent what matters the games do ,   

so which ever has more games is the best bang for the buck ,

That's not really saying much though.

On Nintendo's side we have a system that has been succeeding for a good while now + a struggling system. While on Sony;s side we have a new system that hasn;t been able to build up as much an impressive library due to just launching + a system that has been struggling for even longer.

It's incredibly likely Nintendo will have more sales than Sony this holiday season, and that will have much more to do with the 3DS than the Wii U.

That being said the Wii U may be able to hold its ground to some extent and maybe not do awful, with the newly announced bundle and other games which will be released by the holidays.
