Funny how the 360 is the only one without AAAAEMonsieurXPC doesn't have one either, but both have quite a few more exclusive games that have scored above9.0 compared to the Wii and PS3. But of course, that probably doesn't matter...
I don't see the big deal...I have played alot of so called ''sub HD'' games like Halo 3, Halo Reach, GTA 4, RDR ect...and they all looked perfectly fine to me, I couldn't tell they were lower resolution.
And to be honest, I doubt anyone really does either, they just pretend to because they are trying to justify their purchase (Hermits in this case)

Tbh though, the whole system warrior thing is so played out. All the systems have good games so why can't we just like play them?
I understand how some techheads love to count tiny pixels. I just go by whats on the screen as I play.
PC fanboys your just jelly that you spend 1000$ on your PC for you to lose your best game.Supa_F_L_Y
I am pretty sure that 50$ gpu will play Witcher 2 better than that: 672p, medium settings, 30fps....

Not really, just not 720. You've played a lot of games not in full HD and it didn't by any means destroy the experience.
It depends on how is done. Yakuza 3 is sub-HD and blurry as hell and that kinda ruins the experience because is like someone put vaseline all over the screen and there are other games like Halo 3 that are sub-HD but look really clean. MGS4 is sub-hd yet it doesn't look as blurry as other sub-hd games and the same with Call of Duty games but Resistance 3 looks really blurry just like GTAIV (PS3 version). After a while you get used to it but then what is the reason we play HD games on an HD TV?And not to mention the low frame-rate and screen tear....We need next-gen now!

It's not about counting pixels.
Low rez = blurry picture lacking in detail. That's justa fact.
Add ot that the horirble tearing in that game and the low rez textures, plus pop up and you get a title that is not 1/2 as immersive as the PC version.

Damage controll pc lost one of its best games this gen.
Well, most games this gen are sub HD and still look amazing due to the art style so that doesn't even bother me in the least. The reason I'm not buying it unfortunately is due to the SCREEN TEARING, it's an extreme pet peeve of mine and I won't play any game that has SCREEN TEARING in it, I feel like it completey destroys the immersion, for me at least. Why couldn't the Devs optimize the game properly for the hardware? I was really looking forward to playing Witcher 2 as I don't have a gaming PC and I'm really disappointed.

The game breaker is the rampant screen tearing. It's like having a beautiful piece of art with a big huge tear across the middle cutting the damn thing in half. It's lazy development mixed with incompetence to work with specific hardware and it's disppointing to say the least.

Exactly, so in the end... let's agree graphics do play a role.
Funny how some console games struggle for 720p natively where the PC crowd have been gaming natively at 1080 for quite a while now.

So I guess Wii gamers shouldn't be disrespected by other console gamers...
well not everyone in the PC crowd games in 1080p. many older systems struggle to new games above 720p and I also believe that most laptops use 1366x768 or there abouts.
