WOW is 360 dashboard is stupid confusing compared to PS3

downloaded a demo on 360 had no idea where it went after the download. took a long time to find it.

took about 10min to figure out how to add a friend to my friends list.

theres about 10 menu's that you can scroll up. then about 15 more options that your can scroll too the right

360 has a horrible clunky interface

It certainly isn't the most intuitive for certain aspects. Still, it looks good, and is still relatively easy to navigate.

PS3's has it beat in simplicity though.

you mean when the demo finished downloading, and the pop up appeared saying so, and you hit the guide button it was confusing as to where the demo was when it gives you a big play now text?

I have no problem finding my games...since...they are under my games....

I think its pretty simple, but windows bob comes to mind.

Lol. The big pop up saying DEMO DOWNLOADED, which can immediately be jumped to by tapping the guide button, was confusing? locopatho

That's only a single prompt. If it's missed, then it can be a little more confusing. Not much though :P

yeah i guess when a dl takes 45 mins then an additional 15 mins to install it gives you plenty of time to learn the psn layout.

really...i've never had problems with XMB or the PS3 interfaces.

At first its complicated,but youll get used to it.

Both interfaces are dumb plain easy. I don't see how anyone could complain about any consoles interface right now.

ive been spoiled by the XMB.

I still prefer the old 360 Dashboard I dislike the new one because the old one was easier to find everything.

I agree with that. The new one looks great, and it's relatively easy to find things like Live marketplace and such. The blades made it much easier to find demos, music and videos though.

I find the XMB simpler and snappier than the NXE. However, once in a game the XMB's snappiness goes away.

it's the one that you pull up using the guide button. from there you can back out to the new one or just stay and navigate the blades.

Yup, I know that. It's what I use to navigate to my demos and active downloads and such.

Still, overall I just preferred the old one for it's downright simplicity (not that the new one is hard in any way).

Man 360 can't catch a break with the whole Rage crashing and confusing dashboard it's a wonder anyone games on 360.

joke thread....the 360 dash board is the best implentation of what to do, where to go ever devised. PS3's dash on the other hand is good looking but MEH.
