Yes I am talking about GeOW2. No I am not talking about banjo. Pretty sad. And don't say 'oh but there are still 2007 and if necessary 2006 AAAE games. All the good ones have gone multiplat and the rest are by todays standards crap.

The only way for X360 to win 2008 is for GeOW2 to score AAAA GOTY. It won't.

And remember whilst discussing don't say 'oh but i can play good multiplats like Dead Space'. I can play dead space on my PS3 with faster load times. Or bioshock with added content. Or L4D on my computer with superior online and controls and mods. This is system wars remember.

Yeah, I don't believe EPIC, I do see it coming to PC. But it will most likely be the 360's big AAAE that everyone's says the 360 hasn't gotten all year.

you really think gears 2 will get a 10? i mean its story and dialouge are not match for gta4 and mgs4.....which was one of the reasons those got a 10.

the cinematic presentation of those two were great although the games themselves im not so sure about.

Yep, Resistance 2 will score AAAE, MS 2 will score AAE and the other 2 around A-AAE. According to GS, the 360 won in 2007 and the PS3 seems to be winning in 2008, that sounds fair to me.

You are looking at scores, and while I don't put any thought into them, I do put a lot into debating your logic.

If the Geow2 (1 AAAAE) would give the 360 a win over the PS3's LBP (AAAE), you forgot that MGS4(AAAAE) also came out this year.

That means, you are looking at 1 (Potential) AAAAE vs. 1 AAAE AND 1 AAAAE.

Obviously, your logic fails. No need to say that MGS4 is a movie, because someone else could say that GeoW is shallow, meathead filled.
You are using scores, so stick to it.

If we were to start comparing DL games, the Wii instantly beats both machines, so it would only boost the Sheep, not cows. The only Damage control I see, are posters that are sore about Fable 2, without having finished the game.

You're forgetting Left 4 Dead. That game has huge potential and had already won 10+ awards at E3

If you think Gears 2 dont have a chance to get AAAA on GS, you're pretty deluded. If GTA IV got a 10 here, Gears 2 AAAA title here it comes.

Yeah, I've always said that MS need a stronger 1st party. I mean they've either lost or closed down 4 developers over the past year.

2009 should be the strongest year this gen for Sony's 1st party games though. In the first few months of '09 we have Infamous, Killzone 2 and WKC. Then there's GOW 3, Uncharted 2, Team ICO's next game, a new Twisted Metal, the next R & C, Heavy Rain, The Agency etc. Even if a couple get delayed, that's still one hell of a list.
