Well in the case of it being on the PS2 and X-Box, the 360 has 3 extra AAAs next to the name, for the PC one it hadtwo extra A.

No, the 360 one got a 9.2. The one on PC got a 7.8 (the other ones scored far lower), those aren't the same games, one is an AAA the other is just an A (the others are no where near an A)

No, NGS is basically the same game as NGB with a few extras. GRAW on the 360 has different levels, is actually a tactical shooter, and takes place from a third person perspective.
