The issue is that M$ is trying to get money of used game sales. You cannot sell it to your friend, or give it away for free. You gotta go to retailers that have agreed to Microsoft's terms and conditions and have integrated the company's cloud-enabled azure preowned technology.

M$ is the devil.

So you can't borrow games from a friend or rent it or sell it. I'ts ok lems don't have friends or rent games.

that's a different issue of consumer rights.  People seem to be getting all upset that the xbox erases your game data/license once you trade in the game

-Marketing company makes TV advertisement for a videogame or whatever.
-During the ad it says in a clear loud voice "XBOX Watch x (HBO or whatever)"
-All Xbox Ones switch to HBO or x.
