Never said PC was an XBox. Said PC was a Microsoft platform. Because of Win 10, some XB1 games are allowed to play on PC. Not sure who insulted the mod. People saying you don't need an XB1 to play XB1 games. Well you don't need a PC to play XB1 games or PC games either. Most of the best 3rd party PC games are coming to game consoles.
XBox One winning 3 NPD's in a row is an achievement at this point. The fact they also won in UK and Australia is a bonus. Obviously Phil is doing something right and gamers are taking notice and making the jump to the XB1. I expect the systems will sell pretty well during the holiday. I won't be surprised if the PS4 takes Nov and Dec though since the PS4 Pro is a very hot item and PSVR is heating up as well.
dynamitecop said that the PC was a Xbox not you :P
So lems are now taking the glory of PC?
PC is great, Xbox is useless. That's how it goes, ladies and gentlemen.
I think it's cute though that lems finally have 1 game worth celebrating. Still better on PC.
How's BC, HDR and 4K Blu Ray on PC these days?
1. They are great, thank you very much. Better than on Xbox, in fact. Except 360 BC, if that's what you mean by BC, but you might be aware that PC has it's own library of old games that date all the way back to eighties. 360 BC pales in comparison to be honest.
2. Ironically, non-gaming features like 4k blu ray are the best part about Xbox, the gaming device. And best games are 360 games lol.
In addition, Xbox One was the only gen eight console to see year-over-year growth in September in the U.S., Australia, the U.K., and many other countries worldwide. This success was driven by our fans and their support for Xbox One S, which is the only console available this holiday with built-in UHD 4K Blu-ray, 4K video streaming and HDR for gaming and video.Read more at http://www.playstationlifestyle.net/2016/10/14/september-2016-npd-xbox-one-outsells-ps4-third-straight-month/#67MDcFosoLep3YUy.99

PS4 struggling worldwide?
Struggling? No, but they've likely burned a large hole through their core gaming audience already and are suffering because of it.
@Pedro:
I'm so glad that you proved how Xbone community here are twisting hypocrites. You guys claimed that there is no such a thing as console exclusive in System Wars. Or it is exclusive or it isn't.
Console exclusive you say. Gents, back to basics! Street Fighter V is a PS4 console exclusive. No Man's Sky is a PS4 console exclusive and so on.
@groowagon: I'm impressed how you managed ignore UHD Blu Ray with that post.
Xbox One is great console. And just because someone owns a PC doesn't make it a bad one, you can still play the same games (and more that you can't on PC) on it but you can also do much more with it.
Great news for the Xbox team.. Well deserved..
As far as Forza Horizon 3, it is indeed an exclusive for Microsoft and their Xbox brand.. Here are the facts:
1) the game requires an Xbox Live account..
2) the game can only be downloaded from Microsoft's Windows Store..
Therefore, the game is an exclusive for Microsoft, their Xbox brand, and their Windows Store (digitally).. That's why they said the game is "exclusive"..
So yea, you don't need an Xbox One console to play Forza Horizon 3, but you do need an Xbox Live account and you do need to make a purchase from Microsoft's Windows Store (which is unified across all Windows 10 devices to include the Xbox One).. in either case, if you buy and play Forza Horizon 3, you are supporting an Xbox branded game from Microsoft.. Period.. /discussion
Gaming is moving beyond being tied to one particular plastic box and going in the direction of being tied to a particular brand/service like "Xbox" and "Xbox Live".. You can keep your head in the sand and make pointless "lol not an exclusive" comments all you want but Microsoft is still getting your money and Xbox Live is still getting your support if you plan to play any of these Xbox Play Anywhere titles..
The commercial success of Forza Horizon 3 only benefits Microsoft and the Xbox team in terms of profit and support.. That should tell you all you need to know about how "exclusive" that game is, geniuses..
@Antwan3K:
Answer me this : do i need Xbone as a PLATFORM to play Forza Horizon 3?
NO!
Gents, do you remember when Xboners here claimed that PS Now, which is available on PC too, and only has PS3 games, those games aren't PS3 exclusives anymore because you don't need PS3 as a PLATFORM to play some games?
Gents, here is the prove of Xboner's hypocrisy.
@Antwan3K:
Yes and Windows/Microsoft store! Only cows who don't have this amazing racing game will say otherwise to make themselves feel better...lol Regardless in the end, Microsoft gets your money, either from Xbox or Windows, that's a fact...
People really want Forza Horizon 3 to be an exclusive.
You'd think this place was called operating system wars.
This is dumb. Forza Horizon 3 is a great game. The developers deserve the credit, not Xbox and not PC parts manufacterers and obviously not Sony. If you want to be a brain dead fanboy about it you can say Xbox has bragging rights on Playstation. PC also has bragging rights on Playstation. "Exclusive" does not matter. Who cares how you define it? The more important concept is "unavailable".
@groowagon: I'm impressed how you managed ignore UHD Blu Ray with that post.

lol uhd blu ray... how about uhd games? it's like suddenly blu rays are the most important thing for xbox gamers.
@dynamitecop: Win10 and Xbox are different platforms, much like Win10 and Apple are.
It seems I've won this discussion.
How can Windows 10 and Xbox be different platforms when Xbox is Windows 10?

Xbox One S gamers are the new PS3 gamers from last gen. It's all about that blu ray.
@lolzman: Read my post again and quote where I said that Forza Horizon 3 is exclusive to the Xbox One console..
I simply said that Forza Horizon 3 is exclusive to the Xbox brand and can only be downloaded from Microsoft's Windows Store..
The above statement is a plain and simple fact.. If you purchase and play Forza Horizon 3, you are supporting an Xbox branded game from Microsoft.. Period.. End of discussion..
Just to recap: Forza is not exclusive.
Carry on.
Just to recap. Forza games are NOT on the PS4 or Wii U and is Windows 10 exclusive. Carry on.

@FastRobby:
Forza Horizon 3 isn't Xbox exclusive. I don't need shitty Xbone to play that game. So, shut up, Xboner
You mad??? Game isn't on PS4 or Wii U. Game can only run on Microsoft platform. It's exclusive enough.
@lolzman: And?.. What is the end result?.. What exactly are you celebrating?..
Do you think Microsoft cares whether your $60 comes from the Windows Store on Xbox One or the the Windows Store on PC?.. For them, that's just another software sale and they appreciate your support..
Do you think Xbox console gamers care whether the guy they are racing next to is playing on a console or a PC?.. For them, that's just another Xbox Live player to game with and they appreciate the extra support for the online community..
No matter how you slice it, Xbox Play Anywhere is a good deal for Microsoft and Xbox gamers.. The only people who can't enjoy the benefits of those games are Microsoft's direct competitors and those gamers that don't want to support Xbox gaming and Xbox Live.. Which is how it has always been in terms of "exclusives"..
But of course all of this simple logic is lost upon you.. Lol indeed..
Just to recap: Forza is not exclusive.
Carry on.

PC isnt a microsoft platform, almost exclusive isnt exclusive. You can call it a console exclusive if that makes you feel better
@Antwan3K:
Dude, i also claimed that even you play some games via PS Now, you must give money to Sony cuz it's a PlayStation service. But hey, that doesn't matter. You, Xboners, claimed that you don't need a PS3 as a platform to play PS3 exclusives and in the end these games are multiplatform now. What a bunch of hypocrites!
Does the xbone have exclusives anymore or is it just fisher price version of a pc? I'm considering of selling it for the quad.
@groowagon: Good job not reading my post.
good job understanding my reply
@Bikouchu35 that's exactly what it is. poor man's PC (gaming-wise). it offers less for less money.

Look, I know you need every victory possible being a xbox fan, but you're making yourself look desperate.
Dont beg for shit.
Its not exclusive - PC is not a MS platform.
End of story.
Does the xbone have exclusives anymore or is it just fisher price version of a pc? I'm considering of selling it for the quad.
Microsoft owns PC gaming. Every PC game is now Xbox exclusive and you don't need to pay thousands of dollars for chairs and monitors or whatever else you need to play PC games.
Seriously, all the flak ppl like hermits gave gpuking and cows in general and lems are doing this kind of sad shit and it's like it's nothing.
You know there are sites online where you can get paid to play test all your favorite new games out and no you do not have to have a degree or any experience to do it.
Ill post the link and you can decide. This site has a lot of different jobs and tasks but the point is you will be getting paid to do something you love to do. http://Fans2Earn.com/?ref=285399
@lolzman: as far as PS Now, I agree.. Any game that can only be played via a PlayStation device, service, and/or store is indeed an exclusive for Sony and the PlayStation brand.. No arguments there..
I would just say that games available for PS Now are no longer exclusive to the PS3 console.. Just like Xbox Play Anywhere games are not exclusive to the Xbox One console..
But at the end of the day, Xbox Play Anywhere games are still exclusive to the Xbox brand/service in the same way that you agree that PS Now games are still exclusive to the PlayStation brand/service..
Seriously, all the flak ppl like hermits gave gpuking and cows in general and lems are doing this kind of sad shit and it's like it's nothing.
Now that Playstation fans have been put into place it's time for Xbox fans as well. They're getting too overconfident after winning 3 NPD in a row by like 10k.
Xbox One shares like 95% of its games with PS4, is still weak as **** (even weaker than PS4), has no exclusives, only gets games that aren't on PS4 during like 2 months of the whole year, and it'll take them like 20 years to outsell the PS4 in US at the rate it's going now. Worldwide it doesn't even have a chance.
At the end of the day it's a weak fisher price PC without all the exclusive PC games and you have to pay for online. But it does have blu ray!
Does this mean Xbox One has a good chance to surpass PS4 in total sales?
It might have a chance of outselling the PS4 after like 20 years in the US only at the rate it's going now.
The gap is far too big for a comeback. These 10-20k victories in the US aren't doing anything. Keep in mind, PS4 is still outselling it worldwide each month, so the gap is only getting bigger.
Does the xbone have exclusives anymore or is it just fisher price version of a pc? I'm considering of selling it for the quad.
Best decision ever. The Quad + PC winner combo like always and you get the best from all worlds. Meanwhile the xbone is irrelevant with no exclusives whatsoever.

No exclusives whatsoever?
Halo 5, you can only get forge mode on PC.
Forza 5
crimson dragon
@dakur: Yep a Quad + PC combo is great.. And at the end of the day, any Xbox Play Anywhere games you buy from the Windows Store still means support for Xbox/Win10 titles that aren't available on the PS4 (which is good news for Xbox One console owners)..
If someone wants to sell their Xbox One and build a gaming PC, that's awesome.. When they pick up games like Forza Horizon 3 and Gears of War 4, that's still a software sale for Microsoft and that's still an Xbox Live player added to the community.. So in the end, "Xbox" as a brand/service is still seeing the benefits..
That's the beauty of "Xbox as a service".. The success of the platform doesn't hinge on the up and down success of a single plastic box..
@dynamitecop: Win10 and Xbox are different platforms, much like Win10 and Apple are.
It seems I've won this discussion.
How can Windows 10 and Xbox be different platforms when Xbox is Windows 10?
Riddle me this; how does PC have exclusives that are UNAVAILABLE for Xbox? HOW. THE. FUK. if they are the same platform?
And that right there is the question I've been waiting for this entire time.
Extended capabilities do not make something a different platform, right? The Pro has extended hardware capabilities and makes use of software unavailable to the PlayStation 4, how is it then the same platform as the PlayStation 4?
A Windows 10 PC does the same thing to a much more extreme degree with Xbox One as compared to a Pro and PlayStation 4, but it is the same situation nonetheless.
Both have extended hardware capabilities, and both make use of software unavailable to the other device.
I'm not trying to say a Windows 10 PC is actually an Xbox One, that's fucking stupid, but how is a Pro still a PlayStation 4 to these people? I'll tell you how, total logical incongruity.

A PS4 Pro is a PS4. They play the exact same games on the same disc without any sort of emulation. It's no different than an Xbox One S and an Xbox One. Both have them have slightly better specs than their predecessor but are still the same system. They're just console revisions like we've had previous gens except now they add some extra features on top.
You can't seriously tell me that's the same as a PC and Xbox One. Never seen people confuse new platforms with console revisions like this before.

It's exactly the same thing, but only to a lesser degree, I don't care about terms, I care about logic.

Dont bother.
This guy is a known and rabid member of the xbox fanboy community here.
Unless you want to waste your time having a pointless argument for hours where someone will ignore all facts and defy all logic to make a point about how PS4 = xbox having no exclusives (since xbox shares it's games with PC and has no future exclusives he's hell bent on trying to create the idea PS4 doesn't either) then save your self the grief of entering into a discussion with this guy.
PS this guy has been told all this before and *makes up * reasons to twist and force the his present argument, don't think that what you've said is something this guy isn't aware of.
This is a friendly service message, the rest is up to you but you've been warned :)

What extended code? You're making it seem like a much bigger deal than it is. Sony said developers aren't even allowed to implement any gameplay features exclusive to Pro owners, only better performance and graphics allowed, which most of the games out there don't even utilize.
Your logic makes no sense. It goes completely against what Sony and Microsoft are saying these console revisions are. They're not new platforms, you don't get to decide that.
Don't tell me you also think Xbox One S isn't an Xbox One?
