I'm still having a blast with GT5, but I do hope PD dont take as long for the next installment in the series and make sure they release a great racing game..

I admit GT5 prior getting various updates/fix was disappointing...

Still cant wait to see what both PD & Turn10 will do for both series on next-gen consoles :)

I've had some time away from the forums and I was thinking how dumb you all can be.

You all must be trolling or just 360 fanboys. People can't be that dumb if serious. Everybody knows that Gran Turismo is all about realism and Forza is no where close to that.

Do things ever just not seem right when you notice that most of your comments invite responses of laughter and insults from everyone else? Do you ever think maybe, just maybeyou could be wrong, or might have a thing or two to learn? I keep thinking with guys like you something has to eventually just click up there, ya know?

Anyways, I'm a GT guy myself. I prefer it even if only by a small margin. But its a preference. Get it! I hope so. It means that though I enjoy it more that does not make it better.

Most (almost all) critics prefer Forza. Many gamers prefer Forza. And I'm not blind to the many aspects of Forza that make it a better overall package.

Neither game is realistic anyways. Simcade. Get used to it. If you played a real sim you would probably hate it.

It's not just tyre wear, temperatures, weather, etc make it realistic, but also driving physics. It looks at how a car behaves when you accelerate, brake and steer round corners. Weight of the car moves around in the car when you are driving it. GT5 does a better job on this. I can feel the behaviour of the car in GT5, and I can't feel that in Forza at all. That's what I was talking about.

Don't worry only incredibly stupid people do that. Both games have fantastic driving physics. Yes, Forza forces most people to use a gamepad but if you got the scratch for a Fanatech, you will not be able to tell the difference. It shouldn't come as a shock to anyone that a wheel feels better than a gamepad.
