What were the games you would personally give a 10/10 of the 7th gen?
On my personal rating scale 10 doesn't mean perfect and it's a 10-point scale. This rating is based on how well it was made for it's genre, in context of it's release date.
Gears of War
Bioshock
Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots
Uncharted 2: Among Thieves
The Last of Us
Super Mario Galaxy
Super Mario Galaxy 2
Metroid Prime Trilogy
Red Dead Redemption
The Orange Box
Super Meat Boy
Advance Wars: Dual Strike
Portal 2

Some of those, yes. Probably not MGS4 and would replace portal 2 with portal 1. I would also add in AC2 and Batman AA personally.
There's only 2 that I would say came the closest to deserving a 10/10 and some of that comes from how early they launched this gen but how absolutely Great the were for the time and actually still are to this day...
Halo 3 & Gears of War :D All others need not apply. :P
