Windows Users: Which Operating System?

It's sony, love it:) Is black now, more updated and much easier to use. Love it since it doesn't get that dirt compared to the one I had before:Ppapermariofan57

I like Sony products, built to last long, as it is my old pc is sony but currently Out of order more so from OS errors. Otherwise, it's still strong like an ox!

However, sony computers are expensive. I would rather have a toshiba laptop, like the one I'm using right now. :P

Not that much, this one was 830 with Antivirus, and 3 years of guaranty.papermariofan57

What kind of antivirus if you don't mind me asking and as for the "guaranty" or waranty most would say, was that purchased because last I remember Sony only has a given 1 year waranty unless extra waranty was purchased along with it.

Norton I think, I Have to call to install the other one. The waranty is one year with the store I brought it and two years with Sony. Had to pay like 99 extra dollars, which are included in the 830.papermariofan57

Don't use, Norton, that is just a power hogger with very basic security. I would recommend get avast! Free, way less of a power hog and much better than Norton by a long shot.

Ah, alright, just making sure. You could have just said don't want to 2 extra years of the warranty and paid less but, oh well.

Bah I did that same thing with last one, during the second year it got damaged and no waranty, had to pay with my money the damages. Prefer to have security:Ppapermariofan57

Also saying it again, don't use Norton, avast! free version is much, much better by lightyears.

It's okay that you like it, just it has been proven the Norton and McAfee are pointless resource hoggers.

No blue screen of death, which sort of shocked me. Nah, it just loads up to some almost bios screen and has some error for no partition. Whatever.

AVG works great for me. and the tune up thingy they have works wonders fastesttruck

I'd use AVG but avast! works wonders and has a game mode, so no annoying pop-ups in game.

I used to have avast sorta but got rid of it. My simple mind didn't like it as much fastesttruck
