EDIT: 1/06/09 WHY our EDITORs CHOICE emblem (officially endorsed) kept falling out our profile????

below is my chat with customer service (after the fix the bug/issue)

me: ...Any idea why this keep happening? about our "editor`s choice" i mean (orry I thought the name of that was "officially endorsed").

customer service: Each time you add or remove the associated games for the union the emblem resets to default with endorsement. Be mindful if you add new games because the less games you have, the system doesn't have to work so hard to figure out that each of the game associations need an endorsement flag.

me: oooh..... so we have being "updating" the associates games... we delete some old game associated and add the recently released. So we should NO do this?

customer services: Try to keep the games that have large communities actively playing them on your list, with 1 legendary one) if you decide to update with new games. The system really is intended to have a couple of games that a union focuses on and not a huge list of them.

me: oh.. ok.. Ill informed the rest of teh staff in the union. we would just keep it like it is.

IN SHORT: do not change the associated games or we risk running into tihs bug again. We will talk with them in the future, when LoS comes to see what would be the best approach to add this game... That said, we should just pry leave it with the one we have...

First, Thx to the staff that have being updating the guide (THX Semi) and menu and homepage in my absent.

EDIT: Please if you have the tme invite ppl to the union. Go to DS forum and invite from there, or just if you see someone with a CV avatar, sig invite.. Have an eye for ppl that may enjoy too join. What I do is that I open a thread in DS forums, and just start some topic about anything interested in CV.. and all ppl that post there I`ll invite them. Or just type CV in the search forum and go to one topic and invite all ppl posted there. I did this yesterday.. and is like I have invite always... (or when found a CV thread) YOu can also try X game forums, but remember that a lot of poster there are from gamefaqs and most do not do union, That say some join. Doing this when yuo can is always good. :) Thank agains. XOXO

THIS MEETING WOULD COVER.... plus any other issue that members and staff bring. PLEASE when refering to X issue use the numbers that I have give to them so is easy to follow. Thx

1. I`m doing the addition of OoE and CVJ, which I would put up when is done. BUT I NEED someone to take the part of looking for image, host them and add them once I have put the rest, or just put them under screenshoots, as the others games are. (pls if you use a site that is not in the credits section PM me the site so I can add it.) THX.

2.  Please read the guide, looking for missing updates and any gramatical/spell error. I think I already added any new release and any addition/reviews.

3. Please go tru the menu and post here if you think something need to be change. (pls do not change it yourself, Thx. ) Thx @Gregg, should I leave that Item bestiary? is that still on your list?

4. Updating CV news threads.. Now thx to GS new glitch editing is an issue, so pls when you bring a update try to see if there is thread for , and just edit the 1st post and the title (assuming that you made the thread. IF not post in that thread and the person that made the thread would update. If that person is not around. Pls PM me or (need 2 volunteers here) to try to make a new thread with the old info (the one that is still relevant) and the new one... as well as updating the menu, for which would need to PM me or the leader (or someone that still have not bein affected by the glitch)

@Semi: you are our number one with updates, which I appreciated a LOT, pls take this under consideration.

IF ANYONE have another solution to this while the glitch is fix (which knowing GS... *sighs*) PLEASE post it here.

5. If you have any other suggestion you can post it here for now.

Well, I still have a decent amount of time on my hands, but really no ambition to complete the bestiary anytime soon. I'd like to leave it on the back burner until an as-yet undetermined time.

*edit* I just tinkered with the permission values under my admin tab, so if any officers would like to try and edit this post, feel free and encouraged to do so. This way, I will know it worked.

Just keep posting for now, Shauny. Of course, if you'd like to contribute to my Item Bestiary, you're more than welcome to do so. When the series picks back up, I'll have more job ideas, I'm sure. So just try to be patient, everyone.

Also, while I'm on the subject, if anyone doesn't want to be an officer anymore, please let me know. Don't be afraid to voice your opinion. This works both ways, as well. If you want to become an officer, let me know and I'll definitely consider it.

It also happenes to me from time to time all you need to do is press enter after you finish posting, it has something to do with it not recognising it as a parragraph or something. so yea after you finish the post press enter and then click on submit and it will work.

hey, even thus is a good idea we tried that in the past.... and the reason that we thought it do not work were:

1. some recruits just find news and create a new thread without finding much. This is solve by just adding tihs new to the appropiated thread or make that one official if there were none before.

2. We have threads for several news e.g. PS3 upcoming, if we have one thread for news they would be no point of having those thread. 

Now I do like the idea we can leave it, but why no open, if you see a new post with some new news just added to the 1st post if relevant. But if related to any of the Official thread that new should go there.

so why no opening and instead of ppl PM you they acn just post there. Also remember that the more we aloud post the more the union growns...

Visit our menu I have a feeling that you would love the thing we have. I keep the menu updated, and i think you would not find a close/broken link. and if you do pls let me know. 

Maybe we should try to start a semi-cooperative RPG thread? Like we form teams and move through a castle collecting crap or stealing it from other teams. (you have the choice of fighting a boss or trying to steal it from a team that already fought the boss and aquired the item)

or maybe we could have one person be the hero and everyone else be monsters.
