Maybe we should try to start a semi-cooperative RPG thread? Like we form teams and move through a castle collecting crap or stealing it from other teams. (you have the choice of fighting a boss or trying to steal it from a team that already fought the boss and aquired the item)

or maybe we could have one person be the hero and everyone else be monsters.D3j1k0

yea.. I had that idea a while ago. the therad should be around, buried. The thing is that take a lot of time for the organizer and such.. And I did not have the time then, not now.

I try to find that thread that have all the rules and the basic for teh game... But I can not... Does anyone from those time remember something on the title? Thx.

actually we are quite a few atm... and the union is really active... (I can not post every day and when I come I have like 15 post in the regular and the burnt paradise is ridiculous :) )

What is a Clocktower match? Also, what happened to all the ideas here? There are some good ones that might get the board a little more active than those of us that here every day. Maybe draw more attention to CUU. Another thing I have been thinking about, is how we could gain more recruits. What can we do to promote the board more without stepping on other Unions toes per say?

Something I have wondered about for a while too.....how does the leveling system work exactly here on GS for individuals and the union?

the clocktower match is a crazy hurt and heal game that we have... CV-adapted :P but require a lot of time and prep from me.. but I`ll bring it, specially now that we have some many ppl to kill :P

about recruiting.... one way is to just go to the DS forum.... search for Castlevania and invite all members that show to be interested in X CV thread... also you can invite ppl that you see with CV avatar or sig... that is how quite a LOT of recruits are here.... or make a topic about CV in X forum and invite ppl from there.... This said, most recruit use the unions as a news place, no all stay active and post. 

BTW: do not go into others unions promoting this one, announcement like that is not aloud, and in some unions can get you mod... or some officers/leader mad :oops:

Another way is to "affiliated" with active unions.... if you are part of X union as the leader if he/she would like to affilieated to castlevania union... 

about lvl... the lvl up of union is currently broken... so :? we should be by now like lvl 10 or higher :P same with teh badge system, we should bemore that a battalion now...

about all the ideas here.... sadly I`m the one in charge of this kind of stuff, so as you can imaging they are on hold for now... :oops: sorry...

No reason to appologize, you have been really busy. Those are really good recruting ideas and I will help as much as I can. I would never post something like that to another union, that would be disrespectful to them. That is why I asked for ideas other than that. :) Oh yeah, that reminds me, Serbine became leader of the FFCC union and was talking about being interested in an affiliation. 

I have read through some of the old hurt/heal threads so I have an idea of how it works. I didn't realize you were in charge of this stuff. I am still learning the workings of the union. I have learned a lot, but there is still much to hear about. :)

Anyway, let me know if you need help with any of this stuff. :D This stuff seems like it would be really fun to organize and getting the reaction from the board would be cool. I know I already help with the graphics and some other stuff, but there are down times where I don't have any projects here and I could do other things. I just really enjoy it here and like being involved. :)

oh e1, glad to see you here (congrats again btw :D )  I was thinking... does your ftp have a lot of space? we could even host the ringtones there.  They shouldn't take too much space at all... NONE should take more than 2mb of space (and that's a LOT for a ringtone, believe me) It would also be cool since ftp it's kinda more private and due to the nature of the content to be used... I dunno, I think it would be better... but lemme know eh?!

I don't mind if you start the thread. All chang is saying is that if you open the thread you will get the credit for it since it was your idea. You know when you look at the list of threads and it tells the creator....

Don't start the thread up just yet though. Let me set up the FTP and I will go do that as soon as I am done with this post. It takes a few minutes for the user name and pass to set in. This way there will be some content you can open the thread with. I will edit the opening post for you as you update/post CV ringtones. The requests for the "other" ringtones can be posted in the second post. So, when you open the thread make two posts and just write in the second one "reserved space" for now and we can change it later.

I don't mind hosting the ringtones. We are not selling the ringtones so there are no usage rights we have to be concerned with, and they are being hosted from an external source as far as GS is concerned. It will be a good setup overall. I will edit this post when it is finished and I will PM you login, settings, and basic instruction. So keep an eye on PM and thread. :P

I don't think anyone took it offensively or read it as a conflict. :) Polter should get credit, it was his idea. :D I think he was worried because Gregg had told me to open the thread. :lol:

I peeked and he is already working on some stuff. :D

EDIT: PM sent back. Everything is good to go. Also probably want to come up with a format where we can make a menu out of for the first post since this will be an official (long running) thread for us. And don't forget to make a second post that says "reserved". ;)
